The KUKKIWON conducted [The Global Master Training Program] for Taekwondo masters in emerging and developing countries.

[The 2022 Global Master Training Program], sponsored by 'the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism', and 'the Korean sport ＆ Olympic committee', will be held at the Taekwondowon MUJU from September 16 to October 11 for [43 participants from 29 countries].

Member offer for the World Taekwondo Grand Prix III in Manchester.

With the World Taekwondo Grand Prix III Manchester 2022 just around the corner, we are delighted to announce an exclusive event for all British Taekwondo clubs and members which will take place during the competition.

All British Taekwondo members who book tickets to attend on Thursday 20th October or Friday 21st October are invited to a special ‘Meet the athlete’ event which will take place on these days only.

The events, which will take place in-between the day and evening competition sessions (around 5pm – subject to confirmation), will include a Q&A session with members of the GB Taekwondo team hosted by the event’s compare. It will also include the opportunity for club members to ask their own questions and capture selfies and autographs too.

So whether you’ve booked a ticket for an individual session, or the full day, on the 20th and 21st October – you’re invited to come and meet the GB stars and ask them anything. So get thinking!

More details on the events will follow closer to the time. Only members with valid tickets for the 20th or 21st October will be allowed entry to these exclusive events.

Bulgarian Taekwondo Federation

The Sofia 2022 World Taekwondo Junior Championships opened in style today with President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and World Taekwondo President Chungwon Choue officially opening the event following a thrilling performance by the World Taekwondo Demonstration Team.

The semi-finals and finals of the W-42kg, M-45kg and W-44kg followed the opening ceremony and saw gold medals go to Iran, Korea and Thailand.
