The Rotaract Club of Bahauddin Zakariya University organized a significant Polio Awareness Walk with the primary objective of raising awareness about the global campaign to eradicate polio and highlighting the essential role that Rotary plays in this mission. This impactful event took place at the University Gillani Law College and was spearheaded by the enthusiastic leadership of Rtr. Muhammad Huzaifa and Rtr. Areej Fatima. Together, they led the way, demonstrating their commitment to the cause. During the walk, the club's President, Rtr. Ammar Gulzar, had the honor of addressing the gathered audience. These gift packs were given to the needy and the destitute to include them in Eid Happiness. A single gift pack included sugar, oil, vermicelli and dry fruits. These bags were distributed in Jam pur on Thursday and Friday dated 20th and 21st of April, 2023. The purpose of this distribution was to include those members of our society in Eid's bliss who are destitute enough to do it for their ownseleves. Hoping to do such work in future too. Thank you! Breast cancer is a Disease in which cells in the breast grow out of control. There are different kinds of breast cancer. The kind of breast cancer depends on which cells in the breast turn into cancer. Much of the audience has participated in our campaign and made it a huge success. This awareness campaign was done in front of English department of Bahaudin Zakaria university Multan at 11:30:00am. We had took brouchers, flex and charts in our hands and have done a walk with Shoukat khannam memorial hospital's brousher and ribbons. As we know that in Pakistan, the risk of developing breast cancer has risen sharply and it is reported that one out of nine women in the country could be diagnosed with the disease. Rotaract Club of Bahauddin Zakariya University has arranged an awareness talk regarding breast cancer on November 10. A brief awareness session was conducted by Dn. Maria Khan on breast cancer in which she described the importance of self-examination and advised everyone to keep a lookout for any warning signs and symptoms of breast cancer in order to prevent the disease. Brochures and pins were also distributed among the students who participated in that session. This activity was done at Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition.
