Assalamu o Alaikum to All...
You should follow below mentioned things for your proper health and fitness.
First of all.
You people should drink water 2 to 2.5 liter at daily requirement.
And use of whole wheat 🌾 flour instead of white wheat flour. Because many of the nutrients are absent in white flour.
Use of vegetables at regular intervals with also respect of meat and meat products.
Use of milk at night time before sleeping.
0.5 liter or as much you can afford but not more than 1 liter.
Use of fruits at a limited amount because every fruit provides a limited number of neutrients which are according to our daily requirement.
If we use excess number of fruits then it is just wastage of money not more then it
