Update about Post Graduate Admissions for SPRING 2023

° Portal is functional now (according to DGS) and last date for applying procedure is December 26, 2022 (might be extended).

° You have to register yourself on portal before apply even you are already registered

° Registration Fee for M.Phil/MS/M.Sc (Hons.), MBA is 1000/- while for PhD, it is 2000/-.

° Question Book for different subjects will be shared in this group soon.

° There are 50 marks compulsory for Masters while 70 marks for PhD

° The aggregate is consisted of 65% of Test score and 35% from your so called CGPA.

Each candidate should read following terms and conditions carefully, before opening on-line Entry Test Registration portal and thereafter to submit online application form for admission.

ENTRY TEST AND ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:

Sign Up/Sign In Instructions
1.Register your own email address, do not use anyone else email address because all the correspondence will be share with you by this email address.
2.Use your own CNIC or B-Form Number, do not use anyone else CNIC or B-Form Number.
3.Once CNIC or B-Form Number Register with UAF you cannot change it.
4.Type your own password and remember it.
5.This account will be used throughout the whole admission process, so please remember your credentials.
6.After register, a confirmation email will be send to given email address with activation code. You have to confirm by logging into your account to avail the UAF Admission services.

Form Instructions
1.First of all,Carefully Update your profile with correct data.
2.Print out your Admission Processing Fee Voucher and submit in the Bank.
3.After submitting the dues in the Bank complete the remaining process upto 2022-12-26
4.To apply for Admission, you have to submit the soft copies of the following documents (Once Only) Student Picture CNIC or B-Form Picture of the candidate Terminal Degree Certificate
5.Carefully Select your desire Degree Program and Discipline.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

ATTENTION NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES REGARDINNG ADMISSION TO POSTGRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMS ACADEMIC SESSION 2022-23

It is informed to those candidates who qualified the GRE/GAT test for Academic Session 2022-23:-

1. Who applied for their admission to few degree programs and could not apply to further degree programs where they were also eligible, they may apply for the same by depositing Rs. 1000/- for each

2. Who deposited online admission application process fee of Rs.1000/- within due date but could not apply for admission, they may apply for the same.

3. Who qualified the GRE/GAT entry tests of the University but neither they could deposit admission process fee of Rs.1000/- nor apply for admission, they may deposit admission processing fee of Rs.1000/- and submit online admission applications upto 13-10-2022, positively.

However, applications of above candidates will be considered if possible after exhausting all existing merit lists and lists of leftover candidates, subject to the condition that seats for admission are available in the degree programs of their choice.

🔹Selected Candidates will provide the degree Complete Result Of DMC / Provisional Certificate within two months of the date of admission. If A candidate fails to submit his / her complete Result with in the stipulated period his / her Admission stand cancelled without any prior Notice.

🔹In case any change in the CGPA of A Candidate will not be allowed to change his status of Admission from evening to morning as well as campuses

🔹Those selected candidates based on 7th semester result will submit undertaking on E - stamp paper of RS 200 with printed the above terms & conditions at the time of admission duly signed by oath commissioner
