Mr. Nadeem Fareed is our Module Lead on Refugee Law.
The module includes the definition of refugee under International law and the practical difficulties in determination of refugee status, The 1951 Convention and the 1967 protocol on Refugees; position of refugee law under Customary International Law; specific concerns relating to Pakistan and the refugee crisis; Recommendations.

He has worked with the Provincal government as a civil servant. He is slo a visiting Faculty at Pakistan Provincial Services Acadmey; Guest speaker at the Career Development Centre NUST, Islamabad.
He aslo has the privilege of being on the Panel of Experts of the International Commiittee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for several years.
He is our lead resource person on;
1. Interplay between Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian law.
2. Qualification of armed conflicts under International humanitarian Law (IHL)
3. Cyberwarfare and IHL
4. Use of drones and autonomous weapons under International Humanitarian Law.

A regular guest speaker at the Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law(IHRHL).
Madam Abida Bano is our lead resource person for Women Rights module.

Mr.Dilawar Khan is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (IHRHL).

Dilawar Khan is also a senior Lecturer at CLLB. His interest lies in international protection of human rights and international law. He is an award winning lawyer who had the privilege of serving at the United Nations International criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (UNICTY) at the Hague. His legal expertise has been sought by a number of International organisations including the ICRC and UNHCR.

He is our lead resource person for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law.

M.Nadeem Fareed
Mr. Nadeem is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law(IHRHL).

He is Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law
Fulbright Scholar, Mr. Nadeem did his LLM in Human Rights from Washington College of Law, United States
Served in UNHCR
He has specialised in Human Rights and Gender studies.
Master trainer on human rights with multiple National and International Organisations.
