Note:
Now fresh Service Appeals will directly be heard by the Hon'ble Chairman without filing appeal before the registrar for scrutiny or in institution branch and neither appeal number will be issued as the case may be from the Institution branch. If counsel/appellant send his/her fresh appeal through registered post to the Tribunal will be retained in the Institution branch and the responsibility shall be upon the appellant/counsel himself for limitation outrun.
