DESCRIPTION:
The DSE-701 is a Manual/Auto Start Control Module that offers an excellent range of engine monitoring and protection features. The module has been designed to monitor low oil pressure, high engine temperature, over speed and a user defined auxiliary input. It also has the capability to monitor battery charging by utilising the WL terminal on the charge alternator. When the module detects a fault condition it automatically shuts down the engine.

Features
Digital Volt Meter EVM-3 was developed for precise Effective value measurement of the alternating voltage and storage of the measured Maximum and minimum values. In the event of a power failure, the maximum and Minimum values ​​are not deleted and continue to be saved as soon as the network is back or Power is supplied. Although EVM-3 is most commonly used on electrical switchboards the device can also be used in all applications where precise Voltage measurements between 10-600V is required. Measurement (3-4) and supply inputs (1-2) are located on the rear panel; the digital display is on the front panel. EVM-3C (Voltmeter with Set Point) is designed for accurate effective value measurement of the alternating voltage and storage of the measured maximum and minimum values.

If the measured voltage exceeds the maximum setpoint, set with the buttons on the front panel, or exceeds the minimum, (value falls below the specified value) the output relay closes within an entered Time and gives an error signal. If the measured current is within the minimum and maximum set point returns before the set waiting time, the output relay will continue its normal function.

Note: If the measurement of the device or the set primary value is 9999V, the light emitting diode k lights up. If the voltage in the measuring inputs 600 V exceeds or if the measurement of the current transformer primary terminals 9999A exceeds, HY appears on the display. Voltage transformer ratio: The primary and Secondary values ​​of the voltage transformer can be set separately. The primary value can be set between 1-40000 and the secondary value between 1-250.

H-200 Petrol Genset Controller is designed for starting and protection of single genset.

(DKG 307)

The DKG-307 is a comprehensive AMF unit for single genset standby or dual genset mutual standby operations. The unit is available with MPU or CANBUS versions.
The unit connects to ECU controlled electronic engines providing engine control, protection and instrumentation without extra senders. The unit is able to initiate modem calls and send SMS messages in fault conditions through external modems.
The unit provides a comprehensive set of digitally adjustable timers, threshold levels, input and output configurations, operating sequences and engine types. All programs may be modified via front panel pushbuttons, and do not require an external unit. Last 100 faults are stored in the event log file. The event log includes not only the date-time information, but also a comprehensive list of measured genset parameters at the time that the fault has occurred. The WINDOWS based RAINBOW program allows remote monitoring and control.
The unit supports MODBUS protocol enabling communication with PLCs and building management systems. The MODBUS protocol is also supported through GSM and PSTN modems.

GENERATOR COTROL UNIT
(DKG 155)

The DKG-155 is a microprocessor controlled unit designed to start and stop the genset manually using the key switch on the front panel. In the OFF position, the DC supply is removed from the module, thus zero power consumption is achieved. The unit powers up when the RUN position on the front panel is selected. This will also energize the fuel solenoid relay. The engine is started using the next spring-loaded position marked START. Once the engine has started, the switch should be released.
To shut down the engine, select the OFF position on the switch. When the engine is running, the unit monitors fault conditions and shuts-down the engine automatically in the occurrence of an alarm. The alarms are identified by a group of LEDs displaying only the first occurring one. The alarm checking is only enabled after the protection hold-off timer is expired. This timer is set to 45 seconds when the unit is powered up, it resets to 10 seconds if the engine gets running.
The occurrence of below fault conditions will cause the engine to be stopped immediately:
-Overspeed
-Underspeed
-High engine temperature
-Low oil pressure
-Auxiliary shutdown
The unit fits into a standard 72x72mm panel meter opening and offers a very cost effective and space saving solution for the basic genset control. Thanks to the completely sealed structure, IP65 protection degree is achieved from the front panel.

The DCP-10 is an Automatic Controller for generator. When running in “AUTO” mode, it starts the Genset after receiving remote start signal and on failure automatically stops the Genset.
