The in-service college teachers training (ITT-43 & 44) started today on 04 December, 2023 at Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT). Prof. Muhammad Nawaz Soomro Director BACT welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of training.

On the second day of DDO's managerial training for college principals (MTP-8) Prof. Dr. Kaleemullah Zahid, Director Colleges paid a visit to BACT. Prof. Muhammad Nawaz Soomro Director BACT welcomed him and briefed him about the ongoing training, and then they visited the training session. We had great informative and interactive sessions with our respected resource persons Mr. Abdul Khaliq Achakzai on Creative Thinking and Creative Problem Solving and Dr. Zarina Waheed on Academic Planning and Management. Here are some highlights of today's activities.

The DDO's managerial training for college principals (MTP-8) started at BACT today on 25/10/2023. Prof. Muhammad Nawaz Soomro Director BACT welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of the training that by capacity building of principals we can enhance the performance of colleges to provide quality education. Later our respected resource persons Muhammad Qasim Mengle on BEEDA Act and Service Rules and Dr. Hazrat Ali on Stress Management had informative and interactive sessions. Today on the occasion of closing ceremony of in-service college teachers training, honorable secretary colleges Mr. Zafar Ali Buledi honored BACT as chief guest. Mr. Javed Anwar Shahwani (Key Note Speaker) and Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Additional Secretary Colleges also graced the occasion as guest of honor, and Mr. Aftab Niamat SO colleges was also present on the occasion. Prof. Muhammad Nawaz Soomro Director BACT welcomed the honorable guests and briefed about in-service college teachers training. Honorable Secretary Colleges Mr. Zafar Ali Buledi addressed the participants that all the themes are relevant to the professional development of college teachers and he ensured to strengthen BACT in the available limited resources. Later honorable chief guest and guests distributed certificates to the training participants.

Today, Prof. Muhammad Nawaz Soomro Director, Balochistan Academy for College Teachers, Quetta briefed worthy Secretary, Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department, Balochistan Mr. Zafar Ali Buledi about the status, functions and ongoing in-service college teachers training (ITT-41 &42) of BACT and also invited worthy secretary CH&TED as a chief guest on the closing ceremony of in-service college teachers training (ITT-41 & 42) on 14 /10/2023. On this occasion, Prof. Abdul Khaliq Bughlani Joint Director BACT and Prof. Ghulam Shabir Channa Deputy Director General were also present.
