Following the hashtag of sir Hisham Sarwar today conducted a full one-day (10 am - 6 pm) Business Training Session/ Meetup with female entrepreneurs of Islamabad/ Rawalpindi. Big thanks to Miss Ammal Khan who supervised this event amazingly well & made all the arrangements. In 2000/- people got lunch, tea, water, space, cake, gifts, certificates, etc. We discussed the importance of social media, Photography/ Videography, YouTube, TikTok, Local E-commerce, own Website, etc. Also shared tips related to graphic designing & content creation. We arranged a meetup in Lahore practicing sir Hisham Sarwar hashtag . The format of the meetup was self-sponsored dining & everyone introduced themselves on the mic followed by an extensive question/answer session. It was live on Facebook as well so that people who couldn't join could feel the environment. I started freelancing in 2017-18 and till 2020 I never attended any event, never met with any fellow freelancer. I was trapped in a box and never thought of taking my skills, business to another level. I never thought how networking & meeting new people can change my life. It was Sir Hisham Sarwar who started this campaign to connect with other freelancers. By following his direction I escaped from that box, I started thinking big, I started my agency with the vision of providing opportunities to others, and I started my YouTube Channel to share my knowledge & learning with others. Hurry! My YouTube Channel crossed 300k views and it's just due to proper SEO optimization of each video. I am not regular in uploading videos but the videos that I have uploaded are getting 85% organic views from search. If you are also struggling to get views from the search I will advise you to learn YT SEO using Tubebuddy or VidIQ both are very powerful tools. And yes your Thumbnails are also very important for increasing Click Through Rate. Keep creating content and your first intention should always be helping/ guiding others. The potential of Graphics Designing in Freelancing | Graphic Designer Achievement

Alhamdulillah just completed the construction of my own home from my earnings (Freelancing Earning). Just like other middle-class families constructing our own home was our biggest desire. My father spend all his earnings and savings on my and my sibling's studies just because he always gave studies more importance than material things. Firstly I am Thankful to my parents & their prayers, secondly freelancing because I would have never done this if freelancing was not introduced to me. I started working in 2017-18 and in the first few years, I didn't take it that much seriously but still, I was able to pay all my university dues, my traveling, clothing, etc. I did purchase different accessories like a good phone, DSLR, bike, etc but never considered them a big achievement. Previously I shared my marriage post (small achievement) because it's all expenses were taken care of by me on my own just with the help of freelancing. And now this is my second such achievement which I think needs to be shared with you guys just for motivation, especially for newbie designers. I often receive questions that are there any potential in freelancing as a graphic designer in the future. so I always tell them, yes it has so much potential. In my case I have just been able to explore only 15% of the opportunities up till now, I feel I still have so many opportunities & achievements which I need to grab in the future. I am working as a full-time designer in an organization & doing freelancing for just 3-4 hours a day. So you can imagine why I am saying that it has a lot of potential which I am not making use of. I got a chance to visit dera daari restaurant & thought of sharing my overall experience. Being a nature lover I always prefer to visit places that have access to fresh air, greenery, trees, sky, etc. In this case, our selection was spot on & would like to give full marks for creating such a nature-oriented eatery. You guys can google its location for getting a better idea of how far it is from your place, coming towards the menu they have a variety of options and again you can google its menu for accurate information. We ordered a platter for 4 persons and half karahi with drinks, naan, salad, raita, and water & the total bill came out to approximately 10k+. We were a total of 5 people and the ordered food was more than enough (2 more people could have been adjusted). You guys can look at the pictures attached for getting a better idea about sitting, ambiance, etc. I do recommend visiting this place, food quality was averaged & can be improved. Service & waiters' behavior was satisfactory & appreciable.
