ChocOreo Cake... 😋
Ingredients

Flour 3/4cup
Eggs 4
Choco powder 1/4cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Vanilla Essence 1tsp
Sugar 3/4cup
Whipping cream for dressing
Mini oreos for topping
Oil for greasing
Baking papper
Sugar syrup for sponge

Method:

Beat the eggs and sugar togather in a large mixing bowl. Beat them until they turn in creamy texture. And vanilla essence and mix it. Combine all the dry Ingredients and sieve in the creamy eggs mixture. Then gently fold the mixture with spatula until all the mixture turns lump free. Then grease a 8inch pan with oil spread baking papper on it. Pour the mixture in it and let it bake for atleast 35 to 40 mints. Let it cool for 3 to 4 hours atleast.
In a large bowl take 200gms of whipping cream and beat it with the help of beat until soft peaks appears let it cool ith fridge. Then cut the cake sponge into halves and add generous amount of sugar syrup on the sponge and apply whipping cream on it. And add mini oreos on it. Your cake is ready to eat.
