• JOB TITLE - Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our well known Client Organization. As a head, you will play a critical role in leading our business intelligence initiatives and overseeing the strategic direction of our data-driven decision-making processes.

Your core expertise will be in Microsoft Power BI to be instrumental in driving insights, analytics, and reporting across the organization.

Working closely with senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute significantly to the development and ex*****on of the organization's business intelligence strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience leadership and hands-on in data modelling, data access, data integration, data discovery, database design/implementation, and the use of statistical methods.
• General understanding of SharePoint including sites, lists, libraries, and security controls.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering growth and leveraging talent for impactful BI solutions
• Direct the analysis of complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
• Ability to ingest data from a wide variety of sources and preform ETL to clean and process data for final consumption into Power BI.

PREFFERED:

1. Master's degree is highly desirable.
2. 8+ years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate & following
• Scripting and programming
• Data warehousing
• Power BI Embedded Analytics
• Other Data Analytics tools
