2.Longer Grinding Life: Wear Rate of CGB is 15 g/ton of cement maximum, Breakage rate is 0.5% and no deformation.
3.Decrease in Temperature and noise: It helps bring down the inner temperature by 15-20℃ and noise by 15db during mill operation. Water consumption in Ball Mill also decreases.
4.Environment Friendly: It helps the cement to be free from metallic pollution as there is no Cr in these balls.
5.Equipment Service Life: As load of Grinding Media decreases so that Main Motor, Gear Box, Liners and Slide Shoe Bearing Service Life increases due to less load.
