17 years male with Retinoblastoma post treatment presented with a second primary as Distal Femur Talengiectatic Osteosarcoma. After neo adjuvant chemotherapy we did wide local excision of distal femur tumor and reconstruction with Mega Endoprosthesis.

16 years Male. Presented after RTA with RT clavicle and Proximal Humeral Shaft fracture along with Subclavian Artery injury. After clearance from vascular surgery, Rt Clavicle ORIF and Proximal Humerus ORIF done.

34 years Male. Presented after RTA with Distal Radius communited Volar Barton fracture. Previous history of radius shaft fixed in another tertiary care centre. Distal radius fixed with 2.7mm distal radius LCP. Post op smooth recovery with wrist ROM exercises from first day.
