برزخ کے معانی ہیں رکاوٹ یا وہ پردہ جو اصل اور ابد کے بیچ ہے یا وہ جگہ جہاں روح کو انتقام تک محفوظ کر دیا جاتا ہے-
The band revolves in the middle of spirituality & the love for the World, the life that has been written down for us & the life that we wish for.
We represent the veil between the joys & the sorrows, the good & the bad & the different phases of life that we go through.
The art explains the concept well.

Let us know what you think.

A big thank you to our good friend for the creative logo & art, nobody other than him could have done a better job.

Meet Barzakh:

Meet Muhammad Waseem, Barzakh’s lead vocalist & rapper. Waseem has been singing & rapping for quite a while. His musical inspirations from the East & the West make him a unique mix. He’s creatively versatile, he’s got the feel that touches your heart & the scream that tears it, he’s an improv master, a thoughtful writer, a thinker & the performance powerhouse. If you’re not sweating after a concert, it wasn’t Waseem who performed.

Meet Shehroze Qureshi, Barzakh’s lead guitarist. Shehroze is the youngest member of the band, & has been playing guitar for quite some time. Shehroze is a shred machine that runs on maximum power, the king of ambience, the thoughtful composer, the complex arranger, the experimental technician, & the on point sound engineer. Also, if you find a guitar with one battery, it’s not Shehroze’s.

Meet Asad Mansoor, who plays bass for Barzakh. Asad has been playing the guitar & the bass for quite a while. His great musical inspirations help him bring unique elements to Barzakh’s music. This guy is the riff machine & executes the most complex, heaviest, off-time & odd riffs. He is musically as technical as technicality gets. His bass playing is not everyday bass playing, he’s brought in his own element to it. He grooves when he grooves & he leads when he leads.

Meet Essa Aman, Barzakh’s back bone. Essa has been playing thrash metal for quite a while, which has developed a hardcore punch in his drumming. He’s the drum skin piercer. We sometimes think his drum kit doesn’t even need to be mic’d because of how loud he is. This guy is not only good with his hands but has quick feet too. Essa is very experimental, & executes very creative time signatures. His energy on the stage is phenomenal & he doesn’t care who’s watching! He’s the most senior member of the band & keeps it tight & motivated.
