So everybody was asking me about sharing recipe of juice for healthy skin for healthy and glowing skin we need Vitamin C
Vitamin C plays important role in healthy skin it is also an antioxidant protects skin from skin from damage and cancer , fight free radicals.
Kiwi, Strawberry & orange are rich sources of vitamin C and antioxidants
Strawberry contains alpha hydroxy acids it helps to remove dead skin cells & clean your skin

Kiwi strawberry juice
Ingredients
4-5 strawberry
2 kiwi
1 orange
1 cup water
2 tsp sugar
Pink salt as per taste
White salt as per taste

Recipe
In a blend add 1 cup of water
Now add peeled kiwi & strawberries in it.
Squeeze 1 orange in it
Add sugar and salt
Blend well and serve chilled

Egg finger strips
High in protein
Oats,eggs,cornflakes
Each stop provides 8 to 9 gm of protein
Ingredients
8eggs
1/3cup all purpose flour
1tbsp corn flour
1/3tsp black pepper
1/2tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp seasome seeds
4tbsp crushed oats
4tbsp crushed cornflakes
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Recipes
1️⃣In a bowl take 6 eggs
Now add salt as per taste &1/3tsp black pepper
2️⃣Now mix and beat it well
3️⃣Grease a nonstick pan and pour the mixture in it and cover it and steam cook it for 10 to 15 mins.
4️⃣Now take the omelette out and cut it in long vertical fingers strips shape
5️⃣Now in a bowl take 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1tbsp cornflour,pinch of salt,1/3tsp chilli flakes,1tsp sesame seeds.
6️⃣In a plate add crushed cornflakes & oats for coating.
7️⃣In another plate take 2 eggs and beat it well or u can simple use milk also
8️⃣Now take the egg finger dip it into egg mixture then coat it with crushed oats & cornflakes repeat this ag*in.
9️⃣Now ag*in dip it in egg mixture ag*in and coat with all purpose flour mixture.
🔟In a pan pour some oil and shallow fry the finger eggs until it turn slight brown.
Now serve it with tomato puree or green chutni

It's not always about the food today I'm going yo discuss the main causes behind your bloated stomach its always not the food sometimes other thing also cause bloating

There r 2 main reasons behind bloating
1️⃣DIET RELATED REASON
sugar alcohols like diet soda, chewing gum sugar free diet products ,
Foods containing hight amounts of fiber
Eating a large portion of food at a time
Finishing food very fast and not chewing properly
All these things cause increase of gas production in stomach which causes bloating

2️⃣LIFSTYLE RELATED factor is Stress, excessive workload and when your diet isn't your first priority work is eating junk or snacks while working late night cause improper digestion & as result bloating occurs
