Capturing a herd of Himalayan Ibex mid air, jumping right in front of you, a dream experience I must say!
We were on our way to Khunjerab and we stopped for some photos. Little did we know we are about to witness a rare event like this! Scores of Ibex were crossing the road and jumping up the mountain! Couldn't help but take hundreds of photos in that short span.
One fine evening you're sitting on top of huge rock, overlooking the entire Hunza Valley. Your hopes of catching a beautiful sunset are slim due to the clouds, but all of a sudden this glow suddenly appears from behind the mountains and gets darker and darker. The entire valley falls silent and you can't believe what you're experiencing. One fine evening...
Somewhere deep in the mountains.
On my Blossom trip to Hunza last year, we were lucky enough to run into a herd of Ibex near Khunjerab. The herd was crossing the road and running up the mountain, a rare opportunity for me to capture them so up close!
Aik sham, doston k naam.
Early morning views of the magical Basho Valley after a night full of rain.
The northernmost part of Indus in Pakistan. Tourists aren't allowed to go beyond this point as the LoC is just a few kilometers ahead of this point.
The water here is freezing and not many tourists come as far up as this point, so it's relatively serene and peaceful.
Missing sunsets a bit too much these days
