A naturally occurring substance produced in the body that is found is the eye, joints, vertebral column to name a few key parts of the body. What role does it have in our body? It provides a cushioning effect. An increase in production of hyaluronic acid takes place when the cell undergoes some form of injury.

What does hyaluronic acid do for your skin? It’s a key component in a lot of antiaging serums and creams. It acts as a humectant and has the ability to enhance the properties of any moisturiser that goes on top.

A study done in September 2017 which included 76 females in their sample size between the ages of 30-60 years which had signs of wrinkles around their eyes were asked ti apply a hyaluronic acid based formula twice a day for 60 days. By the end of the study there was a major improvement in skin elasticity and hydration.

This product showing the picture is one of the many Hyaluronic acid based products available. I’ve been religiously using this for about 2 years or so and have noticed a significant difference in the plumpness of my skin. You are meant to apply it at night as your pre-moisturiser step. ALWAYS apply moisturiser on top. Not oil. As it’s meant to trap water molecules, if you apply an oil based product it’ll do you more harm than good. Your skin will end up feeling dehydrated and will look dull since it’ll be drawing out moisture from your skin. It can also be used on any eczema patches and then follow that with moisturiser.
I use this once a day at night but will sometimes use it during the day as well if my skin is feeling particularly dehydrated. All skin types can benefit from this product as it is a prevents the look of wrinkles, improves dullness and normalises dehydrated skin.

i was using The ordinary hyaluronic acid which is sticky in consistency and doesn’t absorb quickly in to the skin after dry i feel some dry flakes on my face !

🍃🍂🍃 Well come to the defyderm hydrating serum It's a good budget hyaluronic acid for those on extremely low budget as well as those with young combination/oily skin, BUT for those older skin the texture has thin in consistency absorption is great which means no pores clogged
compared to other budget serums I have used 'i am this serum fan. I've tried many different Hyaluronic acid serums too. I have very dry, sensitive skin.

I have purchased Defyderm serum now and can safely say it works wonders. Lately about a month ago, I got DEFY DERM HYDRATING SERUM from which is a pharmaceutical brand.
Eversince I was intrigued about this product.
-WHAT IT CLAIMS: It's basically a hydrating serum mainly contains Hyaluronic acid which helps to retain moisture from your skin and hydrate it.
But don't let the word “acid” fool you. This gel-like water-holding molecule is a moisture-binding ingredient that helps keep skin plump and hydrated. And, it's actually something our bodies naturally produce.

So I am using this face wash for about a month now. This is suppose to be gentle, pH balancing, a very mild cleanser.
Here are my thoughts on this..

Overall I love this facewash. Whenever i use makeup i remove it with a cleanser first and then use it. It works fine then.
