Responsibilities
Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality email newsletters that align with our brand's identity and marketing goals. This includes selecting images, typography, and layout while ensuring a responsive design across various devices.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all our email campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand's message.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, gather content, and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in email design and digital marketing, incorporating new ideas and technologies to keep our email campaigns innovative and engaging.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates for quick adaptation and use in future campaigns.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that includes email newsletter designs.
Technical Skills: Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma).

Experience with email marketing platforms e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact. (Optional )

Creativity: A strong creative vision with the ability to produce original ideas and designs that engage and convert.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all designs.

𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Proficiency in web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks like Vue, React, and Angular.
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with content management systems (CMSs) like WordPress, Joomla, and Squarespace.
• Strong background in UI/UX design.
• Working knowledge of graphic design.
• Expertise in REST API development.
• Familiarity with relational databases, such as MySQL.
• Familiarity with Agile and test-driven development best practices.
