It is common knowledge that the hospitals, particulary the ones catering the poor are always short of blood for emergency cases, same burden shifts from the blood banks to the already worried caretakers of patients. utomated database to organize a committed range of citizens volunteering themselves to help the the less fortunate ones in need by donating blood in emergencies. Call For Rise Blood Donors' Society (CFR BDS*) is a working wing of CFR-welfare society dedicated to collect and provide the contactable data of the blood donors to the requests raised by the patients in such need. Starting its operations in 2008, CFR BDS has entertained thousands of blood requests through its database of about ten thousand blood donors.
