Join our construction team as a steel fixer! We're seeking an experienced steel fixer to install and position steel reinforcement bars in concrete structures.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Read and interpret blueprints*: Understand construction plans and specifications to accurately place rebar.
2. *Cut and bend rebar*: Use tools like hacksaws, bolt cutters, and bending machines to shape rebar to required dimensions.
3. *Install rebar*: Place and secure rebar in concrete forms, ensuring proper spacing, alignment, and tieing.
4. *Tie rebar*: Use wire or other materials to tie rebar together, forming a stable structure.
5. *Check and maintain quality*: Verify rebar placement, ensuring compliance with building codes and specifications.
6. *Collaborate with other trades*: Work with carpenters, concrete finishers, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
7. *Maintain a safe work environment*: Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards.

*Skills and Qualifications:*

1. *Physical stamina*: Ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces.
2. *Attention to detail*: Accurate placement and tieing of rebar.
3. *Good communication skills*: Collaborate with team members and understand instructions.
4. *Basic math skills*: Understand measurements and calculations.
5. *Certifications*: Depending on the country or region, certifications like OSHA or equivalent may be required.
6. *Experience*: Typically requires 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.

*Work Environment:*

1. *Construction sites*: Steel fixers will work at our business point, work on building sites or infrastructure projects.
2. *Physical demands*: Work involves lifting, bending, and standing for extende.
Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret instructions
- Physical stamina to lift and bend
