The new bases for Studios are very well designed and engineered. Your Versaclimbers will glide across the room on heavy-duty nylon castors. Lock in position using the easy on/off cam brakes.

The bases can also stack, which means your training room can be re-purposed in minutes.

Using resistance to slow down your workout is highly beneficial. A slower pace will allow you to focus upon posture and technique, to get the most from each VersaClimber workout.

Let's talk about Contra-lateral movement briefly:
