🚀 Victory for Our Client in a High-Stakes Industrial Property Case! 🚀

We are thrilled to share a significant win for EWLG in a complex industrial property case involving a renowned American smartphone manufacturer. Our client faced severe accusations under Article 305(1) and (3) of the Industrial Property Law, which could have led to substantial penalties and even imprisonment.

From the outset, we stood by our client, providing robust defense during the criminal proceedings. Our strategic arguments, presented early on to the Prosecutor's Office and Customs and Tax Authority, successfully demonstrated the absence of criminal elements in our client's actions, leading to the case being dismissed.

Despite an appeal by the American smartphone giant, our team remained steadfast. Our continued effective advocacy resulted in the court upholding the decision, securing a favorable outcome for our client.

The case was led by Attorney Dominika Matyjaszczyk and Attorney Trainee Adrian Kwiatkowski.

We are proud to share that we successfully overturned a security measure in a significant criminal tax case for our client, after nearly 10 years. Despite previous attempts by other law firms, none had succeeded. We did. The case, involving a substantial amount of over one million PLN, was expertly handled by Piotr Piechocki and Tatiana Pacewicz.

🔹 Thanks to our representation, we have successfully suspended the enforcement proceedings at the client's request and protected the former Members of the Management Board of the company from unjust ex*****on.

🔹 The clients, who are Members of the Management Board, were sued under Article 299 of the Commercial Companies Code, and learned about the case only after the account was seized by the reposession agent. The clients are fully solvent, the agent seized substantial amounts.

🔹 However, swift and efficient applications allowed us to block the transfer of funds to the alleged creditor. The judgement may not always be the end of a case! We demonstrated our ability to act accurately and at lightning speed.

The case is handled by attorney Tatiana Pacewicz, who fully developed the procedural strategy 💪🏻
