A little bit of my experience in Costa Rica… I started visiting this place for a retreat in 2018 after going thru a lot of emotional breakdowns. After this, I came back the same year in September to get my 200hr YTT certification. Since then I keep coming back. I got to know myself in a deeper level, made new friends, play, learn new practices to heal, I sing, cry, dance (like nobody is watching lol), and get to enjoy life as it is. Simple but complicated, beautiful but dark, the good and the bad, the happiness and the sadness, the easy and the hard, and the list goes on. All of it. All the things from which if you are conscious enough, you grow and learn from it. I’ve been inspired by so many things, and so many people. This place has definitely given me so much that I will always be grateful for it. I will always be grateful for this paradise, for every single soul that I have meet there, for all the adventures, nature, experiences. Thank you Santa Teresa, thank you universe ✨🙏🏽🤍
