Our patient underwent otoplasty, a procedure that reshapes the ears to a more desired form. Otoplasty is often sought to correct prominent ears, restoring balance and symmetry.

This patient came to me because people at work told her she looked tired. Not everyone is ready to undergo a facelift to lift the cheeks, jowls, jawline, and neck— instead we can offer liposuction with Renuvion J-plasma skin-tightening of the neck to improve contour. It does have limitations, especially on definition of the lower face, but the benefits are there are no long incisions in front of and behind the ear, and an easier recovery. I also performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty for this gorgeous patient!

This beautiful young patient wanted more definition in the neck and face. I performed a buccal fat reduction and neck liposuction. She had great improvement in her neck without the need for any deep neck contouring! What I love about facial balancing is how it restores the focus of the face to the eyes.

This handsome patient was bothered by his double chin. I started off with liposuction of the neck, but he still had significant submental fullness — he is a good example of why sometimes liposuction alone is insufficient to improve the neck.

I proceeded to contour the deep neck space by removing sub-platysmal fat and reducing the digastric muscles, as well as a platysmaplasty to further sn**ch the neck. Surgery was performed through small hidden incisions and no skin was removed. No chin augmentation was performed.

As icing on the cake, I added one syringe of hyaluronic acid filler to his tear troughs to help smooth his lower eyelids.

Our glowing patient is 6 weeks out from deep plane facelift to help lift the cheeks, jawline, and neck.

Surgery took about 3.5 hours and was performed under IV sedation in the comfort of our clinic-based operating room. Her scars are still a bit pink and will fade over time.
