a gente way to step into the longest night of the year, on December 18th at .

The space will be open to receive an embodied journey through our bones…

At the time of birth, there are 270 bones which fuse with time to come to a total of 206 bones.

Bones are not only physical spaces in our bodies but they also hold, sustain and contain memories, emotional and spiritual expressions of who we are.

FALLING INTO THE BEGINNING OF ME is an exploration of our bones through the lenses of biology, ancient wisdom and poetry as we breathe, move, be curious and expand from our sense of structure and presence.

Having the space as your primary partner in dance, you will be invited to explore your bones as your body’s true support, guiding you with power, strength, intuition, wisdom and tenderness.

Every body is a process of locomotive experience, lived in and through the body between what was, what will be:

BREATHING BONES!

Hello! It’s with great please that I’m going to offer my work in Lagos, my beloved hometown.

On November 20th, the embodied laboratory - FALLING INTO THE BEGINNING OF ME will take place at .

It is a laboratory of an embodied, inspired way to connect with our bodies, through the dual lenses of awareness and sensitivity.

Each moment of the journey will be carefully crafted as a continuum of movement and expression, drawing out each discovery as a living art form.

Through meditation, free movement, āsana, music and poetry, we will remember and rediscover potential routes and pathways back to ourselves through the exploration of our bones. We will dive deeper into our ability to TRUST our FALLING.

This laboratory is designed to create a safe and inclusive space for personal exploration and expression.

FALLING INTO THE BEGINNING OF ME is an invitation to dive deep into your inner world and letting your body become a poem.

For if two souls are equally moved by the same pulsating constellation of metaphor and meaning, they are not only bound by a common language and a shared sensibility but also exist in the same dimension of truth and possibility. “Poetry, after all, is the ultimate meeting place.”
