‘The Cake Lady’
Once when we were delivering a cake my partner referred to me as ‘the cake lady’ 😅
So here I am - I am the one making our cakes. I always thought my passion for cakes, chocolate and pastry started 7 years ago when I got my job in a raw food restaurant. But actually it started much earlier with me as a young child sitting on a kitchen counter watching my mum preparing food for our family.
And then many years later, I was more and more interested in raw food, plant-based food and healthy options when it comes to sweets.
Since then I was making cakes, creating recipes, decorating desserts and playing with flavors and designs in Slovakia, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and now - in Portugal.
(maybe you can see now that I love traveling as much as my pastry creations :D)

Raspberry smoothie bowl with crunchy Granola:
- 1 banana
- handful of raspberries
- 1 tsp h**p seeds
- few almonds (5-6 pieces)
- half of kiwi
- parsley (up to your taste)
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- a bit of water or vegetable milk
