To my dear eyelash extension customers:
For various reasons, I was forced to implement some rules. Most eyelash technicians can take less time than me to apply the lash extensions, however, to provide a good application with all the proper procedures to not damage natural eyelashes and keep them healthy, it can take up to 4 hours.
So that there are no complications during or after the procedure when applying the patch test, I will ask you to fill in the treatment sheets for your safety and mine. We will also study what shape of eyelashes you want to have.
On the day of the test patch, you will be paying £20 in advance.
In case of cancellation, please let me know in advance, so that I can fill that gap. If there is a cancellation for the first one the amount of £20 will be carried over to the rescheduled day, if will be more than one cancellation will loose the deposit.
A confirmation message will be sent the day before the patch test and the day before the application.
For a better retention, I appreciate that at the time of the appointment you do not have make up. The lashes will still be cleaned to remove mascara residues and or other natural impurities that are created on the lashes.
For now, I'm still doing their maintenance. It's only considered maintenance when you have at least 40% of the extension and depending on the aftercare the eyelashes should have between 2 to 3 weeks due to their growth. If it is more than 3 weeks, even with 40% of the extension, a full set will be charged because the extension will already have between 2 to 4mm of natural eyelash growth and the final work will not be the same.
