Sunflower Seed Salad 😍(2 servings)

Ingredients:

Salad
β€’ 1 cup of broccoli, cut
β€’ Β½ cup of sunflower seeds
β€’ 2 carrots, julienne
β€’ 1 red Bell pepper, diced
β€’ 1 cucumber, diced
β€’ 6 cups of spinach

Dressing
β€’ 2/3 cup of olive oil
β€’ Juice of 1 lemon
β€’ 1 garlic clove, minced
β€’ 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
β€’ 1 tablespoon of honey

Instruction:

Salad: Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl. And serve with dressing.

Dressing: Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar, close the jar, and shake for about 1 minute. Serve on the salad.

Ingredients

β€’ 1 teaspoon of honey
β€’ Β½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
β€’ Β½ cup of blueberries
β€’ Β½ cup of blackberries
β€’ 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

Instructions:

In a bowl, start with the plain yogurt, add the honey and ground cinnamon on top.
Add the berries and seeds. Enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie 😍 (2 servings)

Ingredients
β€’ Β½ cup of plain kefir (or replace with yogurt)
β€’ Β½ cup of plain yogurt
β€’ 1 cup of blueberries
β€’ Β½ cup of other berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
β€’ 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
β€’ 1 Brazil nut, slice (optional)
β€’ 4–6ice cubes

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the blend in the order listed except for the ice cubes. Pulse a few times, then add one ice cube at a time, pulsing 4–6 times in between. Blend until smooth and serve.
