Birthday cake with mirror glaze. I had wanted to make this type of decoration for so long, so my birthday was the perfect opportunity to finally do it. 🥰 The result exceeded my expectations, so I can't wait to do it again. Luckily, my husband's birthday is soon, so I won't have to wait too long. 😀

This year, we switched our regular white cups to these cool bamboo cups that can be composted. I must say, it made our ice cream taste even better!

Sometimes, I have eccentric clients who place unusual orders. This birthday cake was inspired by a sculpture made by .zomer and was ordered to be an edible version of that extraordinary piece of art. I must admit that it was a very challenging task, especially considering the short time frame I had to complete it. As far as I know, the birthday boy was very pleased with the cake, and it brought back many fond memories for all the event participants, so I can consider this mission accomplished successfully. 🤩

I had many requests for vegan ice cream last year and I was always a bit skeptical about that because I'm not vegan myself and it's sometimes tricky for me to know the right taste, but after months of reading and checking different recipes I think I have it 🥰 I will appreciate your feedback 💛

Gianduja is a combination of chocolate and hazelnuts. I personally really like that combination that's why I decided to make gianduja mousse cakes with lemon inside. For me, it's just a perfect combination.

Cakes for men are always a bit challenging but as I like to challenge myself, I introduce you to my new work. Inside was caramel with speculoos layer and vanilla with yuzu curd. The special cake for 80th birthday.
