Felt slippers I made for my daughter whilst the shops are closed! Let’s see how long they will last!

Sadly 2020 turned out to be an awful year. 😢 I had to send out quite a few cards, as shops where closed for part of the year I decided to make my own. Felt on the outside with a motif, and then card on the inside. The cards open out for a personal message.

This was an advent calendar I made for Olívia. Instead of her receiving treats every day, each stocking had a note with something she would be doing that day, an activity to see Santa, baking cookies, helping me wrap toys for the toy drive.... Lots of things like this, each day she also had to put something into the cardboard box for a family in need (reverse advent calendar) so she was learning that Christmas isn’t just about receiving gifts and treats it’s about helping others and giving to. Now all she talks about is giving her things that are to small to a baby in need. Sadly she got very sick mid December and ended up in hospital for 8 days so most of the daily adventures she didn’t get to do. (I’ve saved them for this year!)

Pin the nose on the elephant! Party game for toddlers. Nose is with Velcro so it sticks to the felt but is safe for children. Olívia turned 4 on New Year’s Eve so I made it for her. We couldn’t have a party for obvious reasons, so just us and her 2 besties. They had great fun.

2 more little bags. One of these was a gift. The other I still have available to sell. All handmade. 🇵🇹

This is an iPad case I made for my father for his birthday.

Sorry I’ve been very quiet lately, my sewing machine had technical issues, which thankfully I have now fixed. And life generally threw a few curveballs since my last post! These 2 little bags were posted out to my nieces as a little Christmas gift with hello kitty on the front. X

Christmas crackers made from felt. Can be reused every year. Ideal for children / animals who don't like the usual loud bangs.

Working on various designs, these are the white and lilac elegant range. Will be making traditional green and red crackers also decorated with snowmen, trees, Santa's etc...

*Boxes of 6 (empty) €18
*Boxes of 6 (with a felt reusable hat inside each one) €24
*Boxes of 6 (with the felt hat, and a gift -good quality non plastic) €30.

The 6 crackers will be in a lovely box, so they can be stored safely ready for the following year. Just need to re tie one end.

Could be sold individually of needed.

Made these for my god father who turns 90 on November 5th. He loves and lives for steam trains and builds his own model railway steam trains even now at 90!! Amazing. If you have any ideas for Christmas tree felt decorations let me know! Happy to accommodate!

This is a little shoulder bag which I made for myself for when I go walking! It has a zip in the side to put your mask (plus mask bag!) or sunglasses... anything really! The top pouche I out my keys then the other I put some money, the mobile goes in the big one at the bottom, then a pouch for business cards, it’s surprising who you will meet on a walk... you never know! These are €15. Can be any colour. 20% going to alerta.

Today Olívia decided she wanted to make felt butterflies to sell in our online shop! 😆 these could be placed in a Christmas tree! These are 50c each.

Morning all, apologies for not posting here for a while. I've had technical issues! All my devices caput! I'm using a tempory one at the minute. I've a new early birthday present coming very soon from my parents. As soon as it arrives I'll start posting more images! I've been busy sewing more things lately.

I've made a cross over shoulder bag for when I go and do my walking exercise, it's lightweight and has enough space for all my essentials, (keys, money, mobile, mask including mask bag, and business cards.... Well you never know who you might bump into! :) )

I've made a little elephant plushie with polyester stuffing. I'm working on a large owl plushie and a small owl plushie which will hopefully have some potpourri inside. And I've made a makeup bag with a gorgeous butterfly on the front for myself as mine broke!

Hopefully it won't be long until my new device arrives and I can get back into advertising! Hope everyone is well. Helen x

These are pouches to store your masks, I’m undecided wether to put a zip, poppers or Velcro. What do you all think?

I’m currently in a cafe, great for keeping your mask safe and not on the table! The purple one will be mine. But I can replicate it, and make other colours and designs.

These are measured for medical masks and ear savers by Sammy Sheehan. If you have a cloth mask, or another type a different size, send me over the measurements and I can make one to fit yours.

Another iPad case. A few wonky stitches on this one and the sewing machine doesn’t like the flower ribbon. So this one I am using myself. Accessories not included!

This one I added a USB stick pouche, I made it quite tight so it doesn’t fall out....a bit to tight! So I added some lace to my USB stick and now it comes out easy. And I added an area to put pens. And 2 pouches at the front, business cards, small diary, mobile.... anything can go here.

I can also make one to suit your needs. So if you have anything specific, maybe some flyers a certain size, you need a pouche for.... let me know and I’ll do it for you. Various colours abailable.

Hi all, as my cake business (Algarve Cakes) is very quiet at present due to the virus, and my need to help others during this time. I have started making crafts to sell. 20% of the earnings of each item I will donate to the “Alerta do incêndio florestal / Alerta Forest fire alert charity” who raise money to help our volunteer bombeiros during wild fires. I also help the “Families in need charity” at the moment too. So the money raised will go to which ever charity is in need at that time.

FYI! Occasionally Olívia my 3 year old daughter likes to help me, when she does..... I discount the items! So read the descriptions and you will see which ones!
