🇵🇹Quando entrevistei .tempest dos !
Ainda me lembro, antes de entrar nos Tristania, tinha acabado de deixar a minha vida na ilha para trás.
Lembro me de estar muito assustada com a rapidez de mudanças e de coisas a acontecer, todo tão novo todo tão intenso, mas tinha de ter força e ir em frente.
Tive a oportunidade em Milão de fazer umas entrevistas a bandas famosas na legendária estação febre , com a ajuda de que foi jurado num concurso de bandas onde tinha ganhado com os Reel Fiction a minha banda anterior.
Quando penso em todo isto acho surreal e o tempo passou muito rápido, mas isto foi um passo importante para eu aprender a falar em frente de câmaras, porque na realidade eu era muito tímida…
Tive de encontrar a força de conseguir fazer todo e encontrar forças em mi que não conhecia, e foi bom porque sair da zona do conforto é importante para crescer e ser motivado ! Sempre devemos lembrar que o verdadeiro Lião é o coração 🤠❤️🙌

🇬🇧I remember when I interviewed .tempest of !
I was not in Tristania yet and I just left my life in Sardinia for making a dream come true …
I was feeling truly scared of the overwhelming changes in my life, too fast too much… but I had to walk my way no matter what.
I had the opportunity to have some experience at the legendary . Thanks to the kind I had the opportunity to interview amazing artists being myself a very amatorial VJ (that truly scared me in the beginning). When I think about it it is kinda surreal but it has been amazing for my growth and my way of getting used to the cameras, cause no matter if it did not look like that I was very shy. I basically had to find another self in order to make things happen.
We always have to know that we did everything we could for our dreams to come true, taking what just comes sometimes is good but not truly enough. We gotta get out of the comfort zone and be crazy, do not forget .. the heart is the wildest 🤠 🙌❤️

Those who truly know me know that I am a person that is always open to learning and absorbing anything I find interesting..

I have been always creating projects and make my ideas come true, with hard work and never giving up on obstacles …so it s hard to stop me 🤭

I have collected many years of experience in the music field and life abroad now and besides the concerts and the records there is a very strong “behind the scenes” it s the work on my abilities for becoming better and stronger in the things I do and I think am capable of …
Making things happen with my own forces has been part of my attitude my whole life and even if sometimes things do not go my way, I find in knowledge and research the truth for staying focus of what I feel is not “good enough” yet 😃!

I recently started a very interesting project on site with young artists that do now have much access to exposure like they should. I loved to be their guide somehow and I truly think they have a bright future ahead! The way I teach is based on technical teaching and mainly vocal expression and performance… in a place where you can breath art from the scratch, where painters paint and musician play and people meet to share ideas and talk about real talks ! Sound like heaven right ? I know! I am lucky 🍀

I called the project Vocalgym cause I really intend to give them the tools to understand the mechanism of the voice and reach the expressions they want … the freedom …
Learning technique thought me not to rely on my talent only but to own my own talent and do all I want with it !

Just plugging in ….

“The Unbereable Lightness Of Being” was the first book I read of Milan Kundera.

After that … I bought many others and I actually own him a lot of inspiration for the songs I wrote in the past. My first album s title “Elsewhere” was inspired to one of his books.

He passed away yesterday, and it feels kinda sad that one of the best influencers out there is gone…

I loved my cassette player when I was a kid … and never released anything on cassette my whole life except for some old demos …

Just a little throwback … to remind myself that I am here to stand up anytime I fall into my mystical s**t.
You know … it s one of those days …when you think you do it al wrong and bla bla bla .. that s when I put my mind in track and tell her : hey hey, what the f**k ? Who do you think you are ? My guts speak louder than you and my heart is beating slow and fine even without you .. p**s off..
And then I leave my duties and take some pleasure .. cause my time is gold and it s not renewable …

Exactly one year ago … I was fainting …🤪
Well … i was getting ready for my solo concert and I remember I was very nervous .. cause after the pandemic it has been strange to be on stage again after such a long time …
My voice was a bit nervous too.. but I am very proud of this concert and the release of Dark Ability !
Thank you to the amazing band I had with me, my patrons, my friends and to everybody that supports my dreams and adventures that til now always came true !
