We are glad you came by and want to share with you wonderful experiences that will enrich your life. We run yoga retreats and provide services related to nature, green living, and wellness in beautiful Portugal.

Our mission is to raise awareness on healthy living, self-care, and environment preservation. Yoga, Wellness & Nature are our fundamental principles for a happier, longer, more meaningful life. We know how important and necessary it is nowadays to find peace and Serenity.

We also dedicate to organic farming and ecology. We lead a sustainable life as much as we can and we produce our own organic food, cleaning and personal care products, and struggle to produce as few waste as possible. This is a concept where frugal life comes in first place.

Our farm is well situated in the foothills of a natural park with beautiful scenery, only one hour north of Lisbon. It is very simple to get here by car or by bus travelling scenic routes.

Our retreats are sweet and smooth, based on gentle yoga, immersion in nature, and self-care workshops and treatments, so that anyone can participate and return home with strong foundations to start positive changes in their lives.
