Held on May 6, 2024, the event featured His Excellency Mr. Vipul, Ambassador of India to Qatar, as the esteemed Chief Guest and Mr. Jabr Al-Aji, Head of Reliability Operations- Qatar foundation. It was a memorable occasion with inspiring speeches and a strong sense of community.

During this formal transition, Mr. Mihir Sanghavi, the Society Vice President, administered the oath and installed the new committee for the upcoming year.A key feature of the ceremony was a presentation by the ISHRAE Society President, Mr. Anoop Ballaney, on the topic of decarbonization, emphasizing the society's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the HVAC&R industry. The Immediate Past President, Mr. Thulasiram Sathianathan, shared highlights from the ISHRAE Qatar Journey for the 2022-2024 society year, outlining the achievements and growth during his term. The new president shared Mr. Mohammad Shad his activity plan for the upcoming year.

Representatives from other esteemed organizations namely ASHRAE Qatar Oryx Chapter, Engineers Australia Qatar, the Phillips Society of Mechanical Engineers Qatar, and the Institute of Engineers (India) Qatar, also joined in this grand event, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and shared purpose in advancing the HVAC&R industry.
