📢 We're Hiring: Associate Urban Landscape Designer

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the conceptualization, design, and development of urban landscape projects, including parks, plazas, streetscapes, and green infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, renderings, and presentation materials using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct site visits and analyze existing conditions, including topography, vegetation, and soil quality, to inform design decisions.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, focusing on stormwater management, native planting, and ecological restoration.
• Work closely with lead artist, sculptors, urban planners, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
• Ensure that designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

🟥 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in landscape architecture or urban design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and GIS. Knowledge of Revit and Rhino is a plus.
• Strong graphic and design skills, with the ability to create compelling visual presentations.
• Ability to conduct site analysis and environmental assessments to inform design decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
