Grab a roller bottle and fill it halfway with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex, add 25 drops of DiGize and 10 drops of Peppermint, replace the roller fitment, shake, and you’re done!
Adding additional Peppermint oil will give it a fresher scent, and the menthol will provide a cooling sensation when applied. The roller fitment will eliminate leftover oil on your fingers and help you avoid waste.

Want to achieve thick long lashes naturally? Try this blend. You can add 1 drop each in your mascara. It helps extend mascara life, promotes lash growth, strengthens and adds volume. Or, it's best if you make your own lash serum if you don't like using mascara.

Here's what you need:
•empty mascara tube
•castor oil
•1-2 drops each lavender and cedarwood depending on the size of the tube

you can also add rosemary essential oil or either just one of these oils

Mix them all together in an empty mascara tube. Apply one coat every night on your lashes or even to your eyebrows. Just be consistent on applying to achieve results.

NATURAL HORMONE BALANCE

Cellular metabolism, reproduction, sexual development, sugar and mineral homeostasis, heart rate, and digestion are among the many processes regulated by the actions of hormones.

As women age, their levels of progesterone decline and contribute to osteoporosis, increased risk of breast and uterine cancers, mood swings, depression, and many other conditions. Estrogen levels can also decline and increase women's risk of heart disease.

Between the ages of 45 and 55, these hormones decline to a point where menstruation ceases. Replacing these declining levels using topically applied progesterone or pregnenolone creams may be the most effective way to replace and boost declining hormone levels. Pregnenolone may be especially effective as it is the precursor hormone from which the body creates both progesterone and estrogens.

The most commonly prescribed drugs are conjugated estrogens (from horse urine) or synthetic medroxyprogesterone. The molecules in these synthetic hormones are foreign to the human body and can dramatically increase the risk for ovarian and breast cancer with time.

Young Living carries several natural essential-oil based products that can help with hormone balancing. These are the most popular and my personal favourites.

1. PROGESSENCE PLUS SERUM:
Progessence Plus Serum is a natural progesterone supplement made with essential oils and wild yam extract which has no harmful side effects.

With the help of the essential oils that are included in this formulation, the pregnenolone is quickly and efficiently transferred to the cellular level where it can be converted into the appropriate hormone that the body needs at that particular time.
