This morning I had no ideea what to make for breakfast, I wanted something light, yum and a bit proteic. Yeah...I know!Pancakes? Proteic?! What was I thinking?! Well I wasn’t, I just let instinct take its course. Without knowing I got the eggs and greek yogurt out of the fridge, I saw the rice flour and something clicked. Pancake time!

Pancakes Ingredients:
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 4 tablespoons rice flour
✅ 150g greek yogurt
✅ 1 teaspoon baking soda
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✅ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
✅ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅ 1 pinch of salt.

Pancakes Cooking Method:

1. Take one goooood pan, I use a granite one. And let it heat up at low heat.

2. In a bowl mix the yogurt and eggs.

3. Add the rice flour in and mix until it is smooth.

4. Add the baking soda and baking powder, pour over them the apple cider vinegar. You’ll see bubbles!! Mix those bubbles in easily.

5. Add in the salt and the vanilla.

6. When the pan is heated up( make sure it is hot hot), with a spoon add it to the pan and cook at low heat, with the lid on until the pancakes are not jiggly any more, they should be a tad brown and fluffy, turn and cook for another 30 seconds, lid on. You will need patience for the fluffiness, it is worthwhile.

Now for the proteic and sweet touch, mix 200g cheese ( I’m using Pilos cream cheese, it has 11g of proteins per 100g), 2 tablespoons of agave syrup, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and the juice of half a lime.

Fluffy protein pancakes in 15 minutes😜

Get the blender and throw in 1 banana, 2 eggs, 10 pecans, 1 unflavored protein scoop, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract and 3 teaspoons of coconut oil. Blend and blend and blend until you have an omogen mix.

Add some lime zest for additional flavor and cook in a heated pan over low heat.

I am trying out a new diet, absolutly no processed sugar and only carbs from vegetables and some times fruits. Initiay I thought “ This is impossible...no way! No more sweets? And no grains!?!” ...Oh well...little did I know that IT IS POSIBLE!!
Today I passes 11 days without proceseed sugar or any weat, rice.

The tricky part was finding a way to make a bread without carbs...So I used almonds, flax seeds and proteins. And it work!!! Just look at my beautiful burger bun!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Sunday mornings are awesome when you start them with some pancakes😍
And if you got a blender..heaven!! In 5 minutes tops your fresh pancake mix is ready.
Get your blender and add 1 banana chopped, 2 eggs, 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder ( if you don’t want to add proteins you can add a scoop of flour, any kind you want), one handful of pecan nuts( or any nuts or even skip the nuts), 10 ml of coconut oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Mix!Mix!Mix! Now add some grated lemon zest 🤤🤤🤤 Cook in a hot pan at low heat!

As this week I’m back to my routine. Healthy food and lots of training. Oh boy, It’s so good to be back 🙈😍. Wanted to share this delicious pancakes with you! and full of with a rich texture and a cake feeling! This is a decadent in disguise!
Matcha pecan protein pancakes 🥞 All you need is a blender and:
✅1 small banana
✅1 large egg
✅1 protein scoop - unflavored ‼️ you don’t want to add artificial sweeteners to this goodie
✅1 teaspoon matcha powder
✅1 handful of pecans
✅1 tablespoon coconut oil

Blend everything, and cook at low heat in a heated pan.

These day, somehow, I'm really not in the mood or need for coffee. Hot Chocolate and cream for this morning instead 🙈 From natural ingredients
✅2 tablespoons of cocoa
✅1 cup milk
✅1 egg yolk
✅1 tablespoon honey
✅1/2 cup cream
✅a pinch of cinnamon
✅a bit of rum

Mix the milk, egg yolk and cocoa until perfectly mixed and cook on low heat.

Remove from heat and add the rest if ingredients.Enjoy😍

- 2 🥓 crispy or not, just the way you like it
- 2 🥄 of 🍅 and 🌿(basil) juice - classic italian juice ( tomato, basil and olive oil)

Add the eggs 🍳 - cooked to your pleasure: poached, fried, boiled soft/hard, scrambled.

Top it with a 🥄 of cream and some feta cheese 🧀, salt and pepper 🌶 !

I made so much pancake batter!! So pancake muffins with dark chocolate and rasberries 🙃

To make the pancake batter you need:
- 3 egg separated
- 2 banana
- 1 protein scoop unflavored
- 1/2 teaspoon bakeing soda
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- vanilla extract

Smash the banana and mix it with the yolk, proteins, baking powder and vanilla extract. Now gentle fold in the beaten egg white snd add rasberries and dark chocolate chips.

place in hot oven and cook for 20 minutes at medium heat.

When you are in the mood for something sweet 🙃 banana pancakes with pecan and strawberies.

To make the pancakes you need:
- 1 egg separated

Turn on the stove 🔥🔥🔥.
Heat the grill up🔥🔥🔥 and oil it a bit, just a bit so it doesn't stick.

Once your grill is 🔥🔥🔥☄️ place your tbone 2 minutes per side ⏱.

Now that is do add herbs 🌿 and spices 🌶 than cook it 👨‍🍳
in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Cut and serve ! 👊🔥

So simple to make!! Get all ingredients, mix and bake for 25 minutes at low heat 😉

Ingredients:
✅100g oats
✅ 50 g coconut flakes
✅75g protein powder unflavored
