Everything needs to start somewhere. I’ve been to Balcic numerous times ( like all Romanians ) , but most of us never venture further than Varna. Nessebar is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. I’ll skip the details with crossing the border and start with one of the most interesting cities besides Varna : BURGAS ( sort of Mangalia, the second best city after Constanta ).
