Daniel Macarov- Trumpet Player

I am very happy to end this academic year, bringing the trumpet class of the University of Arts "George Enescu" the 1st finalist prize at the international competition "Eugen Coca", Republic of Moldova, Chisinau. 🎺
I want to thank my teacher Eduard Lucian Mihaila and teacher Aurelia Simion for all the advice and help given!

I am very happy because I will sing in the recital on 29.06.2023:

🟥Franz Waxman-Carmen Fantasy
the trumpet version is sung by me for the first time in Romania! I can't wait to sing this musical masterpiece!

Ps: now I'm also working on my new records that will come out in July! I can't wait to show you what I'm working on now!

Daniel Macarov was born on 1 January 2003 in Vaslui, he is a romanian trumpet player.
At the age of 6 years old he started to study music, the first instruments that he studied were percussion ones.
At 11 years old he started to study the trumpet and as he says: ,, It was love at first sight “ , so the results did not hesitate to appear.
Since we was a child he loved classical music and thanks to his competitive spirit he participated in many national and international competitions.
Over the years he collaborated as member of the orchestra with ,,Filarmonica de stat Moldova”-Iași, ,, Opera Română ”- Iași, ,, Romanian Big Band “ and ,, Bucharest Jazz Orchestra “ .
Due to his talent, his musical qualities and his love for the jazz music he was invited as a soloist trumpet player with ,, Romanian Radio Big Band “ and ,, Bucharest jazz Orchestra “.
Nowadays he is a very talented student of National University of Arts ,, George Enescu “ - Iași ( România ) .

Awards from competitions :
• Olympic Music Competition ( România ) - Three times he won the 1st prize.
• Trumpet Competition ,, Lazăr Moldoveanu ” ( Timișoara, România ) - Grand Prize.
• International music competition ,, Emanuel Elenescu “ ( Piatra Neamț, România ) - Four times he won the 1st Prize Finalist.
• International music competition ,, Ioan Goia “ ( Iași, România ) - Two times he won the 1st Prize Finalist.
