With approx. a month ago, Facebook was sending me a notification that because I was breaking Facebook's rules, I would no longer be able to post in Facebook groups, including the ones I created and moderated, for a month. Since I only post about science, philosophy, IT and my books, I think the only inconvenience was not that I post inappropriate posts, but that where I am a moderator in large groups like European Union News, I don't allow any posts other than strictly thematic ones, also deleting posts that support Facebook "geopolitics" but that do not fit into the respective topic.
After the restriction month, as soon as I posted a physics article in the Science and Technology group that I created and moderate, I received a notification from Facebook that it suspended my right to post in my own groups for a year.
I continued to post on my own profile and on the pages I created and owned. Thus, the next stage was the impossibility of accessing Facebook from the computer, all pages having the notification "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." I reported this so-called bug to the Facebook platform but got no response.
Currently I continue to post, on my own profile and on my pages, by phone (access by phone is still not blocked):
The problem is that due to access being blocked by a Facebook bug, I won't be able to effectively moderate the groups I'm a moderator on. So I expect as soon as possible that my access will be blocked on my phone or even my account will be suspended, on the grounds that I neglect the moderation of the groups where I am a moderator.
Real reasons? It is possible that someone wants to take over some groups that are very followed and where I do not allow posts that comply with the Facebook "policy" but that do not fall within the rules of the respective groups.

Analysis of the Russian-Chechen conflict from a military perspective

The Russian-Chechen conflict burst out on September 6th, 1991, when the Chechen Republic proclaimed its independence from the Russian Federation. This action of the Chechens was not recognized by the authorities in Moscow, as it violated the provisions of the Russian Federation’s Constitution. Chechen leader Dudaev took a number of political and social decisions that were not well received by Russia. He dissolved the Chechen Parliament and banned any opposition to its authority. In addition, a series of persecutions began against Russians living in Chechnya. Dudaev created paramilitary groups and hired mercenaries devoted only to him. The Moscow government refused to recognize Dudaev’s regime. The leaders of Chechnya refused to sign the Russian Federation Treaty, which displeased the Russians. Under these conditions, in December 1994, the Russian Army entered Chechnya to oust Dudaev. A bloody war followed, culminating in the fight between the Russians and Chechens for the capital of Chechnya, Groznya, but also with guerrilla actions carried out by Chechen paramilitary groups in the mountainous and hard-to-reach areas of their country. A peace treaty was finally signed in May 1997. Nevertheless, this proved to be short-lived, as tensions between Russia and Chechnya flared up again in August 1999, when armed groups of Chechens attacked villages in the Republic of Dagestan. Under these conditions, Vladimir Putin threatened with a new military intervention in Chechnya, which materialized in September 1999. Heavy fighting took place, ending with the Russian troops occupying the main cities in Chechnya. In spite of this, the Chechens did not surrender. They briefly seized some cities and committed numerous terrorist attacks during 2000. The forceful intervention of the Russian security forces and the elimination of the paramilitary groups’ leaders led to the gradual de-escalation of the conflict. In 2009, the Russian leader Medvedev declared that in Chechnya “life has normalized to some extent” (Chechnya profile – Timeline 2018).

Romania enters, in June 1941, the Second World War on the side of the Axis and against the USSR, hoping to regain the lost territories. On June 22, 1941, the German and Romanian armies began their campaign against the Soviet Union through "Operation Munich", the Romanian army being motivated by the desire to take Bessarabia and Bukovina back from the USSR. On August 1, 1943, the Allies bombed the oil fields and refineries of Ploiești (Operation Tidal Wave). After the battle of Stalingrad from August 23, 1942 to February 2, 1943, the Soviet army began to advance and, in March 1944, reached the territory of Romania. Romanian troops participated in the war alongside Axis within the German Army Group under the name "Southern Ukraine". Mars Antonescu, convinced of the impossibility of stopping the Soviet assault, on the night of August 21 asked Ambassador Manfred von Killinger to engage all German reserves to support the front, and the next day, August 22, he informed the Romanian government of his intention to continue fighting alongside N**i Germany.

On August 23, 1939, Germany and the Soviet Union signed the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact in Moscow, according to which the USSR claimed Northern Bukovina and Bessarabia. In September 1939 Poland is invaded by Germany. In this context, the Crown Council of Romania decided on September 6, 1939, to proclaim Romania's neutrality, securing its borders and avoiding military confrontation by activating the "Balkan Neutral Bloc" of the 1934 Balkan Agreement and trying to conclude a non-aggression pact with the USSR. On March 29, 1940, V. M. Molotov spoke of "the existence of an unresolved dispute, that of Bessarabia, whose annexation by Romania was never recognized by the Soviet Union, although it never raised the issue of returning Bessarabia by military means." Through the Hitler-Stalin Treaty, the Treaty of Craiova and the Second Arbitration of Vienna (Vienna Dictate) Romania loses over a third of its territory and over a quarter of its population), including Herța Land which was neither part of Bukovina nor from Bessarabia and had not been originally claimed by the USSR. The Role of the Romanian Army in the Act of August 23, 1944

From the interwar period until the end of the Second World War, Romania was in a kind of geopolitical labyrinth, in which it seemed to have multiple possibilities, but they all went in the same direction: the alliance with Germany at the beginning of the Second World War, the act of August 23, 1944 as it stood, and the status subsequently established by the Treaty of Paris.
Throughout this period, the Romanian Army played a major role through its leaders and the sacrifice of the Romanian soldiers, and the act of August 23, 1944 was a legitimate and legal act, in which King Mihai I and the Army were the main decision makers.
After a presentation of the context of Romania's entry into the Second World War, follows the description of Romania's evolution during the war, with emphasis on the attempts to conclude an armistice with the Western Allies and the role of the Army during this period. The act of August 23, 1944 is then detailed separately, highlighting the diversity of opinions on this event. The last section presents the implications of this act on Romania, after the end of the Second World War.

În perioada 19-22 octombrie 2022, la Galeria Artelor a Cercului Militar Naţional, va avea loc cea de-a XVI-a ediţie a Salonului de carte „Polemos” – istorie, ştiinţe politice, securitate şi apărare, eveniment prin care Editura Militară marchează an de an Ziua Armatei României. Salonul va fi deschis de miercuri până vineri, între orele 11:00 şi 19:00, iar sâmbătă, între orele 11:00 şi 13:00....

Milestones in the History of – Oradea as a Nodal Centre on the Regional Geopolitical Axis in the Equation

The East European region has always created a space of interaction between the great powers of the Eastern and Western Europe of the different epochs in European history. Not just a contact and an interaction region between Europe, Asia and the Middle East (Africa), but also a pivot of the European security environment, most often forming a real axis on which this scene of confrontation between powers can bend into one or the other part. We can say that the Eastern European region has formed hundreds of years ago (with the emergence of Ottoman power and its pressure on the Western powers, the emergence of the Tsarist and later Soviet power) a pivotal axis which determined the geopolitical configuration of the world and led successively to the advancement or decay of an empire or another. Indeed, the balance between Western powers and the Ottoman Empire, and later between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Eastern Powers, such as the Ottoman Empire and the Tsarist Empire, has been established for several hundred years right in this pivotal axis of Eastern Europe. For this reason, the political and military situation of the territories covered by the pivotal axis have always been a special one. This pivotal axis of Europe started from the Baltic Sea and was generally disposed over the continental strip where today are countries like Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, a part of Poland (Pomerania and a part of Silesia), the Czech Republic, the western part of today Romania and a part of Serbia. This geographical positioning of the pivotal axis has led to a permanent political turmoil and change of borders in the mentioned regions. Referring exclusively to the manner in which this pivot axis intersected the current territory of Romania, we observe that in its passage from north to south it included Satu Mare, Oradea, Arad, Timişoara and Reşita. Oradea has always played an important role in Central-Eastern Europe, NATO recognizing the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence (HCOE) as a strategical organization with a remarkable contribution to the development of the Human Intelligence capability within the Alliance.
