"We stand at the threshold of a great dawning,
Something deep within life, is changing,
An era is ending...
We are awakening, from a long collective sleep.
Now is the time of a great shifting of cosmic wheels,
Which will result in the reformation of our Earth,
And trigger a radical shift in consciousness.
Activating our highest potential.
Raising our frequency.
Open yourself, open your mind, your heart, your whole being.
Stay present. Stay calm and centered.
Try not to judge what is happening.
Be prepared for the challenges to come; the dark times of chaos and upheaval.
Stay in the heart.
Remember that this too shall pass; and is a necessary purification, a great purge of all that is not in resonance with what is being born in us.
All will be redeemed and reformed in miraculous ways.
Chaos will become peace,
Sorrow will become joy.
Trust.
Trust with love.
And just as the light is not separate from the sun,
And the wave is not separate from the ocean,
So shall we realize our connection to the Source and recognize ourselves in eachother,
As one vast ocean of love, and light.
Let the divine recognize the divine.
Lights will find other lights.
And as the sparkle ignites within you, So it will ignite in others.
In a majestic radiance of consciousness, and set the world alight in it's magnificence.
A new world without fear, without war, without greed.
In a safe custodian ship of an awakened species.
Manifesting peace with love, light and celebration.
May the children of the Earth understand that this is to be a birthing place of a new humanity.
The birthing of a new man, utterly discontinuous from the past.
Released.
Transformed.
Metamorphosed.
Into a multidimensional being. Conscious.
Whole.
and Free".

Where are you?
Here
What time is it?
Now
What are you?
This moment.
Our scars can destroy us. Even after the physical wounds have healed. But if we survive them, they can transform us. They can give us the power, to endure. And the strength to fight.
How beautiful it is right here and right now. 😌
This very single moment, is all that there is, all that we have.
There's nothing else to do, nowhere else to be, you're exactly where you should, and everything is happening for your highest, most loving good.
Just trust in the unfolding of your life, and...
Be here, in this moment.
It's really that simple.
What truly matters to you? What do you value in life?
Wealth can get you anything you want, but it will not teach you how to appreciate what you already have.
No material possessions are truly ours anyway. We only borrow them for a given time. Nothing is permanent
What is truly ours is our character & the meaning we give to our life, from within.
Meaning is something we create, by our actions, decisions, by who we choose to be
"If wealth is lost, nothing is lost. If health is lost, something is lost but if character is lost, all is lost."
However, setting ambitious goals & working hard towards reaching them is a healthy perspective.
But do you care about accomplishments, or you care about impact? Do you care about credit, or about getting things done? You do it for your own peace, or for validation?
"Is this who I want to be?
Is this representative for the person that I see myself as? For my character, for my values?"
Many things and thoughts consume our time & energy, yet if we reflect on them, we figure they are not essential.
In everything, have a purpose.
Ultimately, there's one single thing we all try to attain.
One thing we constantly chase.
Happiness
The reason you desire more wealth, possessions, love, and good health, is to experience happiness.
But if your happiness depends on someone, or something to happen, you’re living in delusion.
Happiness comes, not when we chase it, but when we empty ourselves of all the hatred, jealousy, ego
When we remove the mental clutter, and see things, people, and experiences as they truly are, free from negativity, wishful thinking & expectations
“The secret of happiness, you see, is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less”
Gratitude is one essential pathway to happiness.
How will you be able to enjoy great things if you can't appreciate the little things in life? A cup of tea, going for a walk, admire the sky;
And the blessings you've already been given? Family, life, shelter, food, water, inner peace in solitude
If you always focus on what's missing in your life, nothing will ever be enough.
Happiness is not about getting all you want
Is about enjoying all you have.
"This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind...let it be something good."
Most of the times, we take tomorrow for granted...
And with the ability to choose that stands in our power, we willingly settle for little.
The time to value your life...
The time to take care of your health...
The time to show appreciation for the ones you love...
The time to enjoy the little things in life...
The time to sit back for a while, to breathe and worry less...
The time to appreciate the blessings in your life...
The time to judge less and show more compassion instead...
The time to believe in yourself and regain control of your life...
The opportunity of becoming a better version of yourself...
The chance to take that one step higher...
The will to make a change in good...
The moment to do more of what you love...
The decision to pursue your ambitions and goals...
The decision to live by choice, and not by chance...
The time for taking action...
Is Now.
Tomorrow can wait.
In whatever you choose to be or do today,
Have a purpose.
And be grateful for the opportunity of being alive, for being right here and right now.
It is all we got.
"Remember the past, plan for the future, but live for today, because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come".
- Luke the Evangelist
Dokkodo: 21 Rules for Life by Miyamoto Musashi
1. Focus on what you can control, and Accept everything else just the way it is;
2. Do not seek pleasure for its own sake. Short term gratification has long term consequences;
3. Do not, under any circumstances, depend on a partial feeling. Take your time before making an important decision. In stillness, silence speaks;
4. Think lightly of yourself and deeply of the world. Walking through life with a sense of humility will allow you to remain open to learn from everything and everyone;
5. Be detached from desire your whole life long. Either you control your emotions, or you let yourself be controlled by them;
6. Do not regret what you have done. Through mistakes and disappointments we learn and grow. Life only moves forward, not back, so accept, forgive, and aim to become the best version of yourself;
7. Never be jealous. Instead of focusing on what is lacking in our life, be grateful for the blessings you've already been given;
8. Never let yourself be saddened by a separation. Attachments are the main cause of our suffering. Learn to let go and continue fulfilling your destiny;
9. Resentment and complaint are appropriate neither for oneself nor others;
10. Do not let yourself be guided by the feeling of lust or love;
11. In all things, have no preferences. Don't wish to change something, absorb what is useful, reject what is useless;
12. Be indifferent to where you live. Grass is not greener on the other side; What truly matters is how you live and being at peace with yourself;
13. Do not pursue the taste of good food. Do you eat to live, or live to eat?;
14. Do not hold on to possessions you no longer need;
15. Do not act following customary beliefs;
16. Do not collect weapons or practice with weapons beyond what is useful. Learn to hit pause and take a step back. Often, less is more.
17. Do not fear death;
18. Do not seek to possess good or fiefs for your old age;
19. Respect Buddha and the gods without counting on their help;
20. You may abandon your own body, but you must preserve your honor.
21. Never stray from the way. Be unshakable in your beliefs and even the strongest storm will fail to brake you.
Why am I doing this?...
Inevitably in life we all come across moments when we are sitting face to face with Fear.
In those type of moments, our mind will most likely want to back off and seek comfort & safety.
But sometimes the only way out is through.
And taking that one step forward can feel like the hardest decision ever.
When we over-think it, our minds will find so many excuses and reasons NOT to do it.
For breaking that mental barrier that’s holding you in place, you just have to stop thinking about it, and just DO IT.
Switch off your thoughts and make that step forward.
There is growth all the way through it, and there is a better version of yourself at the other end.
How do we become better at mastering ourselves?
Auto-suggestion and Faith are 2 great ways.
Save this quote and try repeating it every day, and you will notice you will start to identify more and more with these healthy perspectives of life.
When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade 😌💁
This picture is so meaningful because it's a symbol for turning problems into opportunities!
Through our life journey we all go through rough times, literally experiences that have such a deep emotional charge to change the whole course of our lives.
However, no matter the gravity of the situation, the perception we have over those experiences makes the whole difference.
We believe something is negative because it feels like it's against us, that it took away something from us, either material, sentimental or of any other nature. And we often tend to adopt a judgmental position, and blame it on others, or getting mad at God/Universe for bringing it upon us.
While in fact, that something is a determinant factor for our growth and progress.
In situations like that, I believe that the key is to have an open heart and mind. To look at it from a lesson point of view. An experience that was given to you in order to set you on the right path. A wake-up call to reality, something that was meant just for you.
I believe the Universe works so beautifully as it does, with all the events manifesting in our lives.
In times like that, when life puts you down, your ego must go away, acceptance and gratitude should fill your heart, because everything is happening exactly the way it should happen, and it's a matter of perspective to see that something as an opportunity for your growth. And even if you might not see the meaning of it right now, it will turn out to be for your highest most loving good in the end.
We are not given more than we can take, but some things are beyond our control so we just have to walk confidently ahead and have faith in the unfolding of our lives.
We're here for a reason, each of us in our own unique way, to grow into better human beings through every life experience God has given to us.
Take those experiences into your advantage, as opportunities to become more aware, mindful, kind, more preoccupied with the impact you have here in this world.
Nothing is really too difficult or impossible. It's exactly how it should be. And you're exactly the one to get through it.
Trust yourself, you've survived a lot and you'll survive whatever is coming.
With the accelerated development of our society, we grew too comfortable, having all the measures to satisfy our needs at hand: food, shelter, warmth, etc.
But life isn’t always comfortable, especially when it comes to progress and overcoming our condition.
Comfort zone keeps us in place.
We’ve evolved to this stage as species because we faced the challenges of extreme weather conditions, hunger, finding shelter and so on, but now that we have all that whenever we need, we softened and let the guard down.
But there are always new challenges that we can pursue that require sacrifices if we want to achieve something in this life.
It wasn’t pleasing to take my clothes off during winter and enter in the waterfall, but I did it just because I really didn’t want to. Because I know that there will inevitably be moments in my life when I will come across difficult challenges that I will have to go through, and there will come the exact same resistance that my mind will experience.

"Nothing is worth more than this day. You cannot relive yesterday. Tomorrow is still beyond your reach".
No matter where you are,
This moment is all there is.
For each and everyone of us.
So take a step back and pause for a minute, close your eyes, take a deep breath, drop your shoulders and ground yourself into the present.
You're alive, you can breathe, you can smile, you can be grateful for every aspect that got you here to this point in your life, you can be excited for the future to come, and you can make the most out of this moment...
Every single moment.
Save this as a daily reminder for self centering and mindfulness.

This is my journey...
Being raised by my mother, I was lacking the masculine energy in my life, and despite my good genetics I didn’t have someone to constantly push me towards exceeding my potential, so I was allowed to remain within my own limitations.
I’ve tried a bunch of sports up to this point (pic 2) like karate, football, water polo, boxing, but I always gave up when the hard part came in.
So I was inclined to go for easy and rewarding activities like playing video games for most of my childhood and even up to the high-school.
But I knew deep down this is affecting me and I wasn’t really happy with this lifestyle.
In high-school I was approached by a basketball team (pic 3) this being my first serious contact with an organized sport.
There I started embracing physical activity and began to practice it in my free time aswell (pic 4,5)
After high-school I decided to step into the Physical Education & Sports Faculty for I really started to find myself in the physical practices (pic 6)
Here I came in contact with lots of sports and began to discipline myself as I was learning more and more about the benefits of physical activity, nutrition, health, mind and wellbeing. I took this passion even further and started to study in my free time as well.
I was feeling great and began to push myself into new limits.
At 18, I also started working as a bicycle food delivery guy (pic 7,8) beside the demanding physical activity going on at the University, and I was also training in my free time or at work with every chance.
All these began to add up and without me realizing, I entered into a process of decompensation, meaning that my performance began to drop down more as I was putting too much stress on my body without allowing it to recover enough & I wasn’t taking any supplements or power enhancers to help the process since I wasn’t aware of the damage I’m creating.
At first I thought that I just have to push harder, and so I did. For almost two years I pushed myself & my body till it began clear that something wasn’t right, as I began to notice that I couldn’t to do anymore the things at the level that I was able to do before (pic 9,10)
I started becoming tired all the time, had no motivation at all, my whole body got so weak and I felt like an 80 years old. I was constantly running at maximum 30% battery, and my testosterone dropped to the levels of a woman’s… Anxiety, self doubt, frustration and depression followed, and this state stayed with me for 3 years.
I had many moments and tries of comebacks, but each time clacked again after short time. Couldn’t sustain physical exercises the way I wanted and the way I knew I once was able to.
I began to drop in weight and lose muscle mass (pic 11), since I was not able to do much effort and was lacking the power to anyway.
I’ve tried many treatments, many medication prospects, started to work from inside more, by introducing meditations, breathing techniques, positive affirmations, becoming more mindful, preserving my energy and resting more. Gradually fixed my sleep routine, kept a healthy diet, and really listened to my body when it came to reintroducing back the physical activities. Had to restart from 0, and couldn’t skip the first steps, even if I wanted to.
I kept applying what I’ve learned so far, while also trying to not get things to complicated, but probably the word that sums it all up as being the determinant factor in my comeback, is CONSISTENCY and believing in myself. Not being hard on myself from the start, but being determined to keep on moving forward.
Slowly but surely.
Now I feel I am back on the right track, I feel great and in the best shape and form of my life so far.
But this is just the beginning, since I am still experiencing moments of lacking energy and body limitations, despite my strong mentality and determination that keeps me positive and willing to exceed my potential.
I am and will constantly keep working on every aspect of my life, every day a little bit more, and walk confidently ahead on the path of becoming the best version of myself.
Enough with the theory and talking, there is so much work to put in, and I am most determined to do it.
“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail better”.
We constantly seek attention around us…
We often identify ourselves by the likes we get, by the number of followers we reach.
We go in vacations, take shots from the brightest angels, but often lose the touch with the reality that’s happening right there. We are more concerned about the engagement to the pictures & content we post, than actually enjoying that experience.
Like it or not, we constantly seek others attention and approval.
I believe it all comes down to accepting yourself first and being at peace with YOU, your life, your own individuality. If you are NOT ok with yourself, this will reflect in all aspects and relationships of your life. And ultimately, it will dig a whole deep inside you that will always seek to be filled with others opinions, with something from outside that is not you.
Look, it’s nothing to judge about posting the best shots and share your experience, it’s about the perspective we adopt when doing it. And my whole point here is just a reminder, a call to action for self-centering again, and create the best experiences for your own peace of mind first, for it truly fulfills you, not for the instant gratification received from others confirmations.
Here's an exercise that links to my point of view:
Imagine you’re given all the money and freedom to choose any travel destination, any possible experience you’ve dreamt of.
You’re free and allowed to cruise around the world, climb any mountain, admire the most outbreathing sunsets, do all the extreme and amazing stuff you could possibly imagine.
But you cannot capture any of it.
You can’t share the things you’ve done and seen. You’d have to keep it all in your heart and memory, for your own peace of mind.
Would you do it?
Well, most likely anyone would sign up for it, but notice the feeling that appears when you suddenly know you’ll not be able to share any of it.
There’s a resistance popping up that triggers your ego and your will to show off doing all the amazing stuff around the world, that you’re active, living life to the fullest.
My invitation is to simply self-center once again, and do things that are helping you develop, grow and that are fulfilling for your heart and soul... 😌
Being self sufficient is a great power in the crazy modern and rushed world.
Carpe diem, do it for you, learn and experiment everything each moment has to offer you.
I tell you it will hit differently, and you’ll grow more from it.
The modern influences are weakening us down…
So many distractions, so easy to seek comfort always, to fall into bad habits and lose yourself…
Men must do men stuff. And the practices that our ancestors were embracing and were constantly engaged in, are more and more neglected and sadly, forgotten.
Get out in nature, camping, walk barefoot, climb a mountain, solo trek, take cold river baths, engage in combat, roar, hit, push, but also learn to center that flow of energy, through breathing, meditation and mindfulness.
TRAIN… lift heavy, build yourself up the best body, and get into the best shape, that is the surest way to increase your confidence.
It is a shame for a man to not know what his body is capable of.
Be a warrior, a monster, and learn to control that.
The society, your family, your future children need a true man.
But do all these things for you first, not for attention, and master them inside you, learn to control your emotions, know what you are capable of and know that you are ready for facing danger if needed.
This will help you in so many ways, it will indirectly impact your whole life and relationships as more and more confidence will start to build up.
You will become more and more respected, firstly by yourself, which is the most important aspect, and also by the people in your life.
Embrace pain, embrace getting out of comfort, embrace taking challenges and pushing for new highs, new limits.
It’s a lifetime journey that feels so good when you can change your perspective and shift from settling to constantly exploring your potential and conquer your fears.

One does not have to believe in God or other forms of life outside of our planet in order to start considering that we are so small in this Universe and... "it's not just about me with my life, my selfish opinions and my ego that matters the most"...
This photo inspires a sense of humbleness towards the unknown, and the realization that everything we have ever known is here on this sand-dust sized planet from a galaxy that represents just a particle among everything else that exists.
We go on with our lives, living for the day, trapped in our minds and consumed about things that we scale way too much for what they actually matter.
But if we can zoom out even for just a few moments to remind ourselves that at the universal scale, the problems we are constantly stressed and worried about are actually nothing...
"I am here, I am alive, this present moment is all there is"... and so when we create space in our minds, we leave room for solutions and for attracting the right things for our development and progress, instead of keeping ourselves in a bubble of thoughts, limiting habits and beliefs that keeps us in place.
The Universe is more than meets the eye. And we are part of it. And our minds and subconsciousness are also more than just the basic and self-imposed limiting conceptions we carry on with us.
Allow yourself and your mind to detach from what's unnecessary, so there can be space for creation, realization, growth, progress, enlightenment.

Working with people, whether if it's in the gym or a rafting trip outdoors, it can be as fulfilling and fun!
If you put passion and empathy, and you connect with the people, there is an amazing energy flowing around that fills you up.
My point here is, work doesn't feel like an obligation if you do something that you like!
I know in most of the cases, we might find ourselves trapped in a 9-5 job that doesn't feel like the passion of our lives...
But when we seek to overcome our condition, and really create space for the things that we are passionate about and would love to pursue in life (not only physically, but even mindfully, emotionally, spiritually), we attract the energy for those things to manifest in our lives.
Always know that you can become a better you, so don't settle.
Dare to wish, dare to imagine and to pursue your dreams, and even if it doesn't come to you when you think you want it, it is probably because it's not the right time.
But if you want it bad enough, and you're willing to face the challenges that will prepare you for it, it will come to you directly or indirectly, when you're ready. When it's the moment. ✌
The gym is not the only place to look for when considering starting working out, building muscles, improving your overall fitness levels or losing weight.
