Rigging a vehicle to record Borla sound takes hours to ensure you get the most accurate samples of launch, drive-by and exterior roar. Since no single mic can accurately capture the wide dynamic range of an exhaust, we use a minimum of six mics, each designed for a specific frequency range, and record at a high 192kHz 32-bit resolution.
