Almost 1,5 years I’m struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. It’s the most stressful and painful time of my life, that is for sure. And now I understand, that there is no other way to feel better than to accept your feelings. It’s so so hard and it takes time, but I know it will help anyway.

There are no bad or good feelings. They are all important. Don’t judge yourself for who you’re 🤍
