2R-i engine
2R-i engine. Light- but two cylinder inline. Disigned espetially for any singlplace trike- para and delta. 1. Method: two cylinders in line.
Purpose: to create a truly safe and comfortable light class engine.
2. This arrangement provides the smoothest operation of the engine and therefore is the most common in the 'adult' two-stroke engines. Due to minimal vibration, the vast majority of two-stroke boat, snowmobile and aircraft engines are made by inline arrangement.

Уря! Эта сессия работы над штампованными кожухами вентилятора -iengine окончена. Это уже кожух цилиндров. Но в связи с кончиной памяти очень дешёвый телефон пришлось заменить на дешёвый и часть фоток не очень под рукой.

Основание стапеля кожуха вентилятора двигателя -i Как говорит один деятель "запомните этот твит". Потому что в итоге деталь будет даже не круглой. Но для того что бы разметить отверстия с заданной точностью в 0,1мм заготовка очень точно обработана в габарит.

Стапель стапель рознь. В основном это брутальныe сооружения. Но вот для стапеля на кожух охлаждения -i потребовался крепеж почти часового номинала

our customer install first electric starter kit on own 2R-i engine.
We use typical for paramotor market 250wt starter motor by FIEM. But for it long life without it broken (typical broke situation for paramotor engine) we make very big flywheel gear diameter and starter motor version with minimal (14 teth) it gear. And all it- for engine with one cylinder volume 118cm only!
