For a very long time I wanted to speak out on this subject and kept thinking how not just to speak out, but to offer something.
I came up with what to offer specific and ask you to support me.
Putin and United Russia do a lot of abominations and villains. But one of the most disgusting things that personally upsets me to the core is how they use the image of victory and veterans for their political goals.
Well, it’s not for nothing that people joke that Putin’s main achievement is victory in the great Patriotic war. Only the authorities need to do some muck or steal something - immediately everyone wraps themselves with St. George ribbons, put an unhappy old man in front of them as a decoration, and it turns out that everything seems to be sanctified by a great victory.
See how Putin’s nullification has been arranged. First, a parade is specially staged in June, to which billions will be thrown, the next day a seven-day vote begins, and in July an immortal regiment will be held to be led by our infamous old man, but already in the status of president for life.
To the 75th anniversary of the victory, Putin gave himself to the whole country. The abolition of any restrictions of his rule.
Why should this fraudulent false vote be framed like a tinsel, a celebration of victory and symbols of victory?
Someone fought for Putin? Someone was dying because he was 20 years old and still needed?

Finland - 158 thousand per month
Japan - from 80 to 470 thousand rubles a month
And finally, Germany pays the Wehrmacht veterans from 111 thousand to 626 thousand rubles a month.

Путин не раз заявлял, что не пользуется Интернетом. Как утверждают некоторые "знающие" люди, основная информация о событиях в России и за рубежом поступает к нему в виде некоей «Красной папки», где специально для него подбираются наиболее важные (по чьему-то мнению) новости.
Опубликованный на сайте Putin.ru список из 24 каналов YouTube, мог бы стать альтернативным источником оперативной информации (или альтернативной «Красной папкой») для президента. Также, как и для любого человека, предпочитавшего ранее телевизор и другие государственные СМИ.
Все эти каналы максимально прозрачно, иногда излишне эмоционально и субъективно, зачастую безапелляционно, но всегда искренне, пытаются донести до своей аудитории альтернативные взгляды на происходящие события. Взгляды, имеющие право на существование, в соответствии с нашей Конституцией, но всячески замалчиваемые и критикуемые официальными СМИ, а иногда и преследуемые вопреки Основному Закону.
Название «Россия-24*» выбрано для этого списка не случайно. Сегодня (по моему личному мнению) он имеет больше прав называться подобным именем нежели известный всем телевизионный бренд. Даже несмотря на малые бюджеты перечисленных в нем каналов и присутствие нецензурной лексики на некоторых из них. Можно было бы, наверное, дать этому списку название «Russia Today», но благодаря первому каналу из списка, красивое словосочетание с недавних пор превратилось в «мем».
Подписка на эти 24 канала даст возможность любому посмотреть на происходящие события под разными углами зрения. Наверняка помогла бы и президенту быстрее оценивать обстановку в стране, реагировать и тем самым благотворно влиять на показатели рейтинга доверия.
Ведь абсолютно очевидно, что попытка проигнорировать альтернативные взгляды всегда приводит к плачевным последствиям и явно негативно влияет на степень доверия граждан.
Современные темпы развития средств обмена информацией диктуют новые правила обратной связи, с каждым днем снижая вероятность умалчивания или ложной интерпретации тех или иных событий.
Скорость обмена информацией внутри гражданского общества постоянно нарастает! Степень развития демократии прямо пропорциональна этой скорости, чего не скажешь о силе авторитаризма. Его сила имеет обратную тенденцию.
Эта простая формула должна быть понятна любому лидеру, и она уж точно не подразумевает наличия «времени на раскачку»!

January 15, 2020 - President Putin, in his address to the Federal Assembly, took the initiative to amend the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
January 16, 2020 - the day after the appeal, a working group was created to prepare proposals for amending the Constitution, which included 75 politicians, lawmakers, scientists and public figures, co-chairs were Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council Andrei Klishas and Chairman of the State Duma Committee Pavel Krasheninnikov.
March 11, 2020 - the State Duma adopted amendments to the Constitution in the third reading and on the same day they were approved by the Federation Council.
March 13, 2020 - All regional legislative assemblies in Russia supported amendments to the Constitution.
March 14, 2020 - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that provides for amendments to the country's constitution. The President approved the procedure for adoption of amendments to the Constitution, which will enter into force after official publication document. The amendments themselves enter into force following the results of the all-Russian vote, which is scheduled for April 22.
March 16, 2020 - The Constitutional Court of Russia recognized the amendment law in accordance with the country's Basic Law.
March 25, 2020 - The all-Russian vote on constitutional amendments, appointed earlier on April 22, was postponed.

Хронология последних событий:
15 января 2020 года - Президент Путин в своем обращении к Федеральному Собранию выступил с инициативой о внесении поправок в Конституцию Российской Федерации.
16 января 2020 года - на следующий день после обращения, была создана рабочая группа по подготовке предложений о внесении поправок в Конституцию, в которую вошли 75 политиков, законодателей, ученых и общественных деятелей, сопредседателями стали председатель комитета Совета Федерации Андрей Клишас и председатель комитета Госдумы Павел Крашенинников.
11 марта 2020 года - Госдума приняла в третьем чтении поправки в Конституцию и в этот же день их одобрил Совет Федерации.
13 марта 2020 года - Все региональные законодательные собрания России поддержали внесение в Конституцию поправок.
14 марта 2020 года - Президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон, который предусматривает внесение поправок в Конституцию страны. Президент утвердил порядок принятия поправок в Конституцию, вступающий в силу после официальной публикации
документа. Сами поправки вступают в силу по итогам всероссийского голосования, которое назначено на 22 апреля.
16 марта 2020 - Конституционный суд России признал закон о поправках соответствующим Основному закону страны.
25 марта 2020 года - Общероссийское голосование по поправкам в Конституцию, назначенное ранее на 22 апреля, перенесено.
Об этом сообщил Владимир Путин в телеобращении, а вечером издал соответствующий указ.
