✅ CHABACCO OBTAINED A LICENSE
We were the first to obtain a license in the tobacco-free category and were among the top three companies in the entire industry!
Here are the details:
As you probably know, starting from March 1, 2024, all manufacturers of nicotine-containing products are required to have a state license.
No license means no right to produce, store, sell or import products.
We are happy to confirm that Chabacco products will continue to bring you pleasure: at home, in stores, in establishments and at events ❤️
To obtain the licence, we:
💨 registered technological equipment in the state register;
💨 paid the state duty in the amount of 9.5 million rubles;
💨 began work in the “Honest SIGN” system in a timely manner;
💨 passed an on-site inspection of the production by Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation.
What helped us pass with flying colors? Nothing special:
