I am in Kigali today, I had some chances interacting with some beneficiaries ( and ) of EIL. I love to see men and women they turn into. Their story inspires me a lot. They are dreaming bigger than I could expect, thank you you for motivating me to think how to empower others in hope to be like you. Thank you for making time with me and also introducing me to nice delicious food and restaurant.

Today, I am very happy, we get a new EIL's beneficiary at African Leadership University (ALU), Rwanda. She becomes the second beneficiary from Burundi (national and resident). ALU itself now has 12 beneficiaries that benefited from our assistance, and we cannot wait to see her joining others and the school of her dream. Congratulations for her courage and cooperation during the application. Shout out to her family that supported her tremendously, and I personally thank Modestin Nahimana, he has been there whenever I needed his help to assist this amazing applicant

We are also proud of her and wish her nice preparation to kick off her studies by September 2022.

This is our last report of crowdfunding. I appreciate from the bottom of my heart. We have been able to raise 118.6 % of the the targeted amount. I feel happy that we became confident that Ahishakiye Anaclet will not have to worry about financial constraints. Be blessed everyday and be happy because Anaclet is very happy for everyone donation. I am Anaclet Ahishakiye, 24 years old and the third born. I was born in a pygmy family and community.
私の名前はAnaclet Ahishakiyeです。現在24歳です。ブルンジで、狩猟採集民の家族のもと3番目の子どもとして生まれました。

　
However, after being evicted by the government from our land for environmental protection, my family and I settled in an internally displaced camp in Busoni for five years before escaping from war and violence in 2015 from Burundi to Mahama Refugee Camp in Rwanda.
しかしながら、環境保護という名目で政府によって住んでいた土地を追われ、私たちの家族はBusoniという地域の国内避難民キャンプに移動を余儀なくされました。その後、2015年に起こった紛争の影響で、ルワンダのマハマ難民キャンプに逃れて来ました。

　
We rely on 7 dollars per person each month in the Mahama Refugee camp. My family and I do not have any jobs or opportunities to survive. As a result, my family and I cannot afford to cover the living expenses to attend PIASS.
私たちは現在、難民キャンプの中で一人当たり毎月支給される7ドルに頼った生活をしています。家族の中では、誰も職に就くことができていません。そのため、PIASSで学業に励むための生活費を捻出することができない状況です。

　
I feel my background ties me down every day. During my childhood, my hope was disrupted often. I used to have ten siblings, but five of my siblings passed away due to poverty and economic hardship to afford medical expenses.
私はいつも、自分が置かれた環境に縛られていることを感じてしまいます。幼いころからよく、希望は奪われてきました。10人いた兄弟も、経済的貧困のせいで医療費が支払えず、5人が亡くなりました。

　
Being born in a pygmy family, a historically marginalized group in Burundi makes me feel insecure while thinking about the future. I am considered to be a family hero as there is no one in my family who graduated from high school. It is a hard feeling that always burdens me constantly.
ブルンジでは歴史的に社会から置き去りにされてきた狩猟採集民の家族のもとに生まれたことで、将来への不安を感じることもあります。家族の中で他に中等教育を受けた人はいないため、私は家族内で希望的な存在と思われています。しかし、そのことは同時に私にとっての悩みにもなっています。

　
I cannot help my family since living in a refugee camp is sometimes more complex than my mental capabilities. I want to become more than my family expects me to be. I want to be a hero who can contribute to the community.
難民キャンプで暮らしている今の状況では、期待されているように家族の生活を支えることができず、もどかしさで辛い気持ちになります。私は、期待されているように家族を支えるだけでなく、自分のコミュニティにも貢献できるような存在になりたいのです。

[Do you think we can successfully send a refugee to study abroad? Actually, it is my 2022 goal].

From October 2021 and ongoing, I am assisting one refugee to apply to 20 different universities in the USA. One of the promising admissions and scholarships we've gotten, among others, is at the College of Idaho. However, we are still waiting for a decision from the other five universities. However, I am writing this post to ask for your support now. He is awarded scholarships and grants of $ 29, 436 and the estimated remaining cost after scholarships and grants are $ 16 225 at the College of Idaho.

I am proud that we are starting a new journey. This is the formal time I am assisting an applicant in applying using the common app. It is demanding, awe-inspiring because we are granted to apply for 20 universities simultaneously, using the same applications documents and information.

We have so far applied at Columbia University and Alaska university. We are revealing day per day progress.

After seven months that I was away from Rwanda and staying in J*pan as an exchange student at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies(TUFS), the beneficiaries of Enough is a little_EIl, kept me in their hearts.

They presented to me beautiful gifts including a T-shirt, and with tremendous smiles and spend beautiful moments. Thank you for showing up. Your presence served as motivation to continue working hard. I was happy as well to be surrounded by volunteers who closely gave me a hand during the applications process. Shout out to , , , and . Your hand enabled me to support all beneficiaries including some who did not manage to show up. All applicants are refugees except two( one Rwandan and Burundian residents).

EIL has13 beneficiaries today. Ten (10) are students of African Leadership University(ALU), one is a student of Cornerstone Leadership Academy, another is an alumni of Yale Young African scholars (YYAS) , and @ Claude who joined PIASS through fundraising that covered his living expenses.
