Pace attack of Pakistan Cricket Team has stormed cricket world, and along with strong batting lineup, Pakistan Cricket Team is 1 ODI team in the world. I’ve talked to brother Babar Azam (as he is the leader of the whole peck, and batting lineup), and brother Shaheen Afridi (as leader of pace attack), about this. I’ve analyzed, and have learnt key impactful strategies, which makes them who they are. We can learn a lot from their experience, and re-apply it in our lives.

In addition to working hard on their skills (as individuals & team), they’ve worked very hard on creating a culture in dressing room, which adds immense value to their ecosystem. They drive strength to perform on field from their iman, and belief in Allah. All of them pray 5 prayers every day (mostly together), and more than 90% pray Tahajud. Standing together in front of Allah enables them to reaffirm team building, leading to working together and supporting each other for common objectives, which create great impact on professional & personal growth. It’s core part of our batsmen & fast bowlers’ pre-match rituals. They fight like warriors on the field, they are motivated to bowl faster & faster, bat harder & harder, and go beyond their physical abilities & skills because of strength in iman and blessings of Allah. Both on field & off field, they’re great ambassadors of Pakistan, brimming with humility & positivity, by leading to inspire the world.

If we draw inspiration from this, work hard on our skills as they do on theirs, create a meaningful culture that enables having strong grounded base and belief from where we draw inspiration & motivation as a team, and mentally prepare well before the ex*****on of action plan, we will be unstoppable too, and will be number 1 in what we do.
