This project reflects an opulence plan. Architectural luxury falls in line, with interiors that strive for an unencumbered, minimally programmed spaciousness, where meaningful, often charmingly simple moments can unfold freely. Clients are curious about ways that plan can offer assistance to them lock in with their environment more. تصاميم مشاريع عبد العزيز مخططة لتعكس أسلوب حياة فاخرة وحصرية، باستخدام مواد شفافة للسماح بدخول الضوء الطبيعي. إلى جانب الهيكل الأيقوني للتصميم الأبيض المعاصر الذي يؤدي الي إنشاء تصميم حضاري. مع توفير مساحات واسعة في مناطقها المركزية، لاستخدامها في الامتدادات الخارجية للمشروع.

The Government’s corporate design of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund was established with the intention of creating a fresh and modern layout. Making changes to a space starts by revisiting the layout to see if any improvements can be made and discover its main objectives. The focus on the key design items from the flooring, wall coverings, furniture, and lighting helps pull the ideas together whilst also visualizing the overall end concept. Also Including something unexpected that adds depth, coziness, and luxury, particularly in lounges and corporate spaces.

Our main objective with the Ministry of justice offices was to invent a simplified design by using different tools and techniques to shape a productive experience. We infused the interior with sophistication by a minimal approach to materials creating a refreshing and reflective feel to the space. Additionally, we styled a modern space following a classic pattern striking a balance between pure function and aesthetics.

Malaga Hills compound, a multi-story residential complex, is uniquely positioned amidst Riyadh's growing art and culture scene. A project designed and planned by our architects while taking into consideration the communal areas. Adding distinctive shrubs that complement the area, making it more appealing and alive, utilizing bowers, and ensuring that our finished product complements the rest of the space, from colors to textures to finishes. Resulting in a very unique visual effect, that provided an attractive and welcoming display.

Incorporating harmony and cohesion into the area through textiles, lights and patterns, allowing the space to be more luminous and classic. Yet, include distinct elements in the design to infuse visual interest while giving the place a cozy perception. Planning a beautiful and unique dining experience worth repeating.

Creating a more open, cohesive and sophisticated look with the use of brighter yet subtle neutrals, additionally a combination of wooden and glass design features, establishing a more modern layout of the offices

📍Amlak National, Al Khobar

King salman social center, located on king Abdullah road, Riyadh consists of boutiques, hotel suites and residential apartments.
The development’s focal point was the use of a style that empathizes modernness fully considering the urban sophistication impact of creating a comfortable and calm public space along with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

The utilization of a pure neutral color pallet from black and white lets even the smallest hints of color stand out visually with pomp and splendor. Our intent with this project is to create functional workspaces with a contemporary and comfortable design.

Our team was in charge of designing 63 villas in a large residential complex in Al Malga District, Riyadh. We wanted to incorporate open spaces that would provide a sense of well-being to the residents.
Modern, unique, easy, and elegant—all of the interiors of the villas meet our client's needs. As a way to inspire interaction, we designed a large park so people can meet & play sports. Landscape features surround this residential community, which was designed to "breathe life" into the community by adding an element of nature.

📍Diplomat Sweets, King Abdul Aziz Road

To enhance the look and feel of , we worked on the reflective nature of the wood and the sand color in the pastry design.

A pleasing and flexible workspace for SIDF in Riyadh through open, sunlit areas enhanced with splashes of color that encourage creative thinking and make the environment more welcoming, modern, and comfortable for employees and visitors.

This project was done for Airproduct as part of a competition for their headquarters in Dhahran Tecno Valley. As part of the company's commitment to safety and the environment, plants were kept around the facility. We created an environment designed to promote efficient scientific work by combining office space and science lab in an as easy a manner as possible for researchers and employees. Easy maintenance, access to equipment, and safety features were also incorporated.

Our project for Mohamad Al Rashed, situated in Abha on a 22,500 m2 sloping site.
Featuring 17 retail stores on the ground floor, 26 restaurants on the upper floors, and cinema halls on the final floor. The project’s balconies overlook the middle plaza, which serves as a public space and outdoor stage for performances and events.

Head office in Riyadh occupying 4,500 m2 was designed to provide a professional and cost effective environment in keeping with the organisation's corporate image.
The resulting design accommodated meeting rooms, breakout spaces as well as conference and training facilities. Multi-functional spaces that would cater to quiet working environments, relaxed café-style atmosphere and secure spaces.
