Sky Tower in the making...when we conceptualize vertical living its more related to an urban setting.

The idea of having vertical and rooftop gardens is common, rainwater harvesting, solar panels on rooftop has also been practiced..the question arises now how do we recreate the streetscape into every single floor level....

A public school designed on the existing plot of TMC school at Uthalsar Road, Thane (currently demolished and an open land with few shops lining the plot)

This school has been designed with a central open courtyard for conducting daily morning assembly and other team building activities. Besides this, there is a rooftop garden planned where students can learn to be one with nature. The use of colours such as Blue - trust, calmness and confidence
Orange - encouragement, warmth, social and inviting
Red - courage, strength and passion

A SMART CITY Model designed on the model of City of Edmonton, Alberta planning and our own Thane city Talao Pali surrounding area concept.

This SMART CITY is 28km in length and 20km in breadth and has an outer ring road with light rail transit. The North-South & East-West roads will be avenues meaning that it will be lined by trees instead of buildings and will have light rail transit. The water reservoir/artificial lake in the middle of each sector will provide ample opportunities for social interaction as it will be lined by shops and commercial establishments marked in red. Medical and Educational infrastructure are the two are areas denoted in pale yellow and pink respectively taking central prominence overlooking ample green space for the youth and elderly to socially interact and involve themselves in sector based community programs. The area marked in grey refers to residential units which will be G+1 or G+2 detached or independent town houses and/or laneway houses. All industrial and farming activities will be concentrated on the outskirts of the SMART CITY model.
