Today as I sat down with my phone in my hands, at around 12 o'clock, I got some confusion in my head. I witnessed a fight between the eye and the ear culminating from a sound I heard.

There's an aeroplane that passed by and the ear heard it loud.

The eye looked up in the sky and saw a white plane with some words and a few stripes running across.

Immediately the ear took credit to himself demanding the eye to give him some respect, had I not heard the plane, you would not have seen it too 😜

The Eye 👁️ refused to bark down and said,
What a joke 🤣 can you tell the color of the plane that just passed? In order for you to know it, you must ask me first.

But remember I see so many things that you can't hear, for example I see the sun up above. If you think am bragging here, please tell the time now, basing on how you hear the sun.

And if I close, it will become impossible for you to hear a hole along the way.

That's when the ear 👂 realized he works but the eye works even more.

The eye might work more than the ear but there is the brain that tops both of them because the Eye saw the words on the plane but never understood them because the brain never worked.

The eye can see as much as it can but if the brain doesn't work the eye will never understand what it sees

Moral: Wait for others to applause your contribution, you might position yourself in a wrong lane, Let others become your weighing scale!

It's not just working hard, often the hard workers do not use much of the creative side and that explains the low pay.

Above average means;

1. You are being able to identify a problem and find a solution , if you present this to me as a company owner, I guarantee you a good pay✅

2. Willing to risk what others are not, and being able to greatly master the art of risk assessment. That alone pays fortunes❤️

3. Being able to constantly develop your personality (personal development) in order to cope with the day to day dynamics.

4. Understanding that you get paid primarily for value and not the time... though it takes time to create value but they don't pay you for your time, Forget it.

And so on...

It is not having a lot of books on your head or academic papers like many thinks. How you apply that academics or those books is what they pay for.
